"Yah! Kim y/n."
I heard Jaemin call me as soon as he saw me turn the corner leading to my locker section. I lowered my head and avoided his gaze, ignoring him as I walked to my locker.
"Are you still ignoring me? I said I was sorry." His tone seemed more annoyed than apologetic.
I slammed my locker door shut as soon as I got my books for the day and turned away, walking towards my class.
"Yah!" He raised his voice again, this time tightly gripping his hand around my wrist.
My books fell to the hallway floor, a few pairs of eyes drifting to see what the sudden commotion was about. He frowned and picked up my books, softening his tone. "Y/N I'm sorry." His eyes pleaded for forgiveness.
I sighed and met his gaze directly. "Jaemin why did you film that video?"
"I-I don't know, I was drunk." He used the same excuse he had been telling me all weekend. "I wasn't thinking."
"Do you have any idea the amount of hate and perverted messages I received because of it?" My voice cracked.
"I'm sorry." He grabbed my hand and pulled me close. He brushed my hair behind my ear and made sure my eyes met his. "I didn't mean to hurt you, I was being stupid."
"Yeah, you were." I frowned and agreed with his statement. "You were a stupid idiot and I should be more mad at you than I am." I sighed and leaned my head against his chest. I hated to admit it but Jaemin had become capable of so easily making me weak. Perhaps it was a part of his enchanting charm, as much as I wanted to, I just couldn't stay mad at him.
"Does that mean you're not mad at me?" He asked with hopeful eyes.
"Only a little." I pressed my lips together, giving in to his cute bunny like stare.
"Good because I need you by my side during Friday nights basketball game." He pouted his lips.
"Isn't that what the cheerleaders are for?" I rolled my eyes.
"Who needs a dumb cheerleader when you have the best girlfriend in the world." He wrapped one hand around my shoulder as he continued to hold my books in the other.
I blushed and began to tease him. "Don't let Suyeon hear that, she'll murder you."
He gulped and let out a cheesy grin as I leaned my head in his shoulder.
He walked me to my class but we stopped a few feet away when we saw what looked like Sarang and Yangyang arguing in the hallway.
"Do you think there is something going on between them?" I looked up at Jaemin but he shrugged his shoulders.
"He hasn't mentioned anything to me." He pursed his lips. "You?"
I shook my head.
We walked closer to the pair and they immediately stopped arguing when they saw us.
"Is everything all right?" Jaemin asked the two.
"Is everything alright?" Sarang repeated in a mocking tone as she glared at Jaemin. "The only thing wrong is that you're still alive." She raised her hands as if she were about to choke him but Yangyang blocked her with his arm.
Jaemin awkwardly chuckled. "I should get to my class now."
"Before I kill you?" Sarang sarcastically reiterated. "Yeah that would be a good idea."
Jaemin handed me my textbooks and placed a quick kiss on my lips before rushing off.
"I am going to murder your boyfriend." Sarang spat.
