Chenle and I were seated next to each other at the school library before classes started, working on our art project. Our assignment was to research a famous Korean painter and then recreate one of their most popular paintings.

I handed him my portion of the research and he grabbed the pages I had typed out, quickly flipping through them. "I'll add this on to my portion of the research and it'll be done. All we have to do now is recreate the painting." He said while putting the pages into his notebook. "How about tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow?" I asked him. "Won't you be going out?"

"No, why would I?"

"I just assumed since-"

"Well I'm not." He cut me off, sounding a bit annoyed.

"Oh...okay." I frowned and stood up. "Tomorrow then." I confirmed while grabbing my bag. "Good luck at tonight's game." I said before leaving.

I walked out of the library and headed to my locker where Jaemin was waiting for me. I snuck up behind him and lightly covered his eyes with my hands.

"Guess who?" I teased.

"Is it the most beautiful girl in the world?" He asked while turning around and removing my hands from his eyes. He wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me close. "Oh look, I was right." He said and kissed my cheek.

"You're so cheesy." I cringed and leaned my head on his chest.

He chuckled and hugged me close, resting his chin on the top of my head.

"So I was thinking," He began to say. "After tonight's game everyone is going over to Jeno's house for a small party."

I looked up at him with a frown. The last thing I wanted to do was go to a party after the messy night that happened last Friday.

"But I know how you feel after what happened last weekend, and my parents are out of town for the night," He continued. "So why don't you come over to my house and we'll have a movie night instead? Just you and me, and a whole lot of snacks." He smirked.

"Will there be pizza?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Anything you want." He smiled.

"You make a pretty convincing argument Na Jaemin." I bit my lip and smiled.

"So is that a yes?"

I nodded my head and he spun me around slowly so my back was against my locker before placing a soft gentle kiss on my lips.

I felt myself blush, my eyes subconsciously shutting as I felt his warm lips on mine.

"Can't wait." He winked and placed an arm around my shoulder before walking me to class.

The school day was more boring and slower than usual since Suyeon was excused early to prepare for the game with the other cheer leaders. Yangyang wasn't as talkative today either, rather he seemed annoyed the whole day. Sarang was also tense during class but her attitude bettered once school was released.

She ran up to me and latched her arm around mine after classes.

"Want to go get a milkshake before the basketball game."

I shrugged my shoulders. "I don't see why not, we have a few hours to kill anyway."

We headed to her house first to change out of our uniforms then took the bus to a dessert shop that wasn't far from our school.
