Why ( Kang Seulgi + Lee Taeyong)

Chapter 6 - The Meet

Honestly, Seulgi didn't know why she just said that.
Was it her curiosity about him ?
Or was it the fact that she wanted to hide the fact that someone had seen her in a form completely opposite of the reputation she was trying to keep?
Or was it simply attraction to Taeyong's bubbly personality and appearance?

She herself didn't have the answers to the questions. She just went along with the flow..... she went home and immediately flopped on her bed . She had to study all of the chapters taught today... Seulgi was originally interested in dance , it had been her hobby ever since she was a kid ... but her mom forced her into taking science as her major in college . It wasn't that thought , Seulgi was pretty smart but the sheer amount of stuff she needed to study made it hard. She had to work extra hard since Taeyong had stolen the spot she was originally supposed to get. In fact she was still wondering why she suggested to meet him . She was supposed to hate him... snapping out of her thoughts she stood up and went to study . She still had an hour or two left before she went to the cafe . She wasn't the type to take time to get ready either.

Meanwhile Taeyong was just chilling on his phone , listening to some music. Doyoung was his roommate , his parents trusted Taeyong enough for them to live together . Taeyong was like their child , they gave him everything he wanted and needed they treated him with love , but it didn't feel the same as real parents because of Doyoung . Taeyong grew up in their house and Doyoung was obviously pampers with kisses and hugs all the time , he was showered with affection but since Teaying wasn't their child , his parents didn't give him that much affection . No one was there to openly give him affection and he occasionally felt bad for himself because of it. He didn't mind though , he was still grateful that he had people to call his own and someone who take care of him and mad him part of their family. As he was thinking about this topic , Doyoung walked in and gave Taeyong a bump on his shoulder , making him come back to his senses.

Doyoung was used to Taeyong being this way , he spaced out often .
"Yah! Don't stare at the wall again! It looks creepy..." he mumbled the last part.
"Well it's better than staring at Joohyun!" Taeyong said in his defense.
"Hey you did not just take it there!" He said as Taeyong was chucking to himself.
"Ok I'm sorry but I have to get ready , I'm going to meet them..." he said in a low voice.
"Ok yeah , cheer up ok? I'm here.." Doyoung said .
"I'll keep dinner ready , I brought some ramen with dumplings from the new restaurant, once your back we can eat it together!" He added trying to make Taeyong happy.
"I won't be able to make it ... I'm going to meet someone after that... don't wait for me I might be late ok?" He said .
"Who?.?" Doyoung said. Taeyong wasn't the type to meet people that often . It wasn't that he was shy , he was just an introvert that preferred keeping it low key and have a small circle of friends even though he was a topper and known for his amazing grades.
"I'll tell you when the time is right ." Taeyong said and walked to the bathroom to get ready.

Seulgi walked down the road to the cafe . She was impressed by her surroundings . It was fall season , the trees were all in a shade or crimson or orange , the streets were painted with orange , yellow and red leaves that gave a slight crunch as she walked on them . Thankfully she was wearing something warm , a chilly breeze went by making her tighten her coat around herself .

Seulgi was a stylish person , she was wearing something warm but elegant at the same time.

Taeyong wasn't as much into fashion but still kept a good appearance of himself . He was told to have a good looking face and his sense of style wasn't bad either , at least that's what other people told him.

Both of them were about to reach the cafe.
