July 2- August 24
Daisy woke up in Ginny's room. Ginny was gone, she must have already went downstairs to eat breakfast, because she heard many voices coming from the kitchen. she was exhausted from the previous night, so she laid there for a second. A strange thought popped into her mind...Fred looked very handsome yesterday. No, she's just thinking that because she hasn't seen them in awhile, although it had only been a few days.
Anyways, if she thought Fred looked handsome that means she had nothing George did too, they're twins after all. But Daisy knew all of their differences.
She got up and went to the kitchen where she saw Ginny, Ron, George, and Fred sitting at the table arguing about something.
"Oi, Daisy we were just about to wake you." said George.
"we figured we would let you sleep in today though, considering the events of yesterday." Fred interrupted.
Ron butted in "Anyways, don't forget we are going to the Quidditch World Cup Final at the end of August and Harry and Hermione are coming some time in August too."
Fred and George said in unison, "so it will be very crowded"
Daisy looked at them in confusion, "Guys, you all know i don't care about space or anything of those sorts."
Ginny said, "Of course, but theres only one problem..."
Fred looked at you with a smile, "Basically if Hermione stays in Ginny's room, there will only be room for the two of them..."
George continues his sentence, "...but there is room in our room because we have the biggest room since we share..."
Fred continued again, "so we will convince our parents to let you stay in our room."
Ron said, "You three can try but i doubt Mom will go for it."
Daisy, Fred, and George looked at each other will grins and said at the same time, "we can do it." and they laughed.
Days passed and Daisy was loving her extra time with the boys at the burrow. Even though they were probably annoying everyone in the house with all their yelling and loud laughs.
days turned into weeks of fun, family dinners, games, and antics with the boys when on the morning of August 15th, Harry and Hermione showed up with their bags. This meant that Fred and George were going to put their plan into action of convincing Molly to let Daisy stay in their room.
It was dinner that night, when Fred winked at Daisy and George smiled when they brought it up.
Fred started, "Mom you know me and George are two smart, responsible young men." this sentence made Molly and Arthur look at each other funny.
George continued, "And now that Harry and Hermione are here, Hermione will need to stay in Ginny's room..."
Fred picked up and started to ramble, "sooo Daisy will need somewhere to sleep and it would be so rude to make her sleep on the floor AND we have an extra couch in our room that i could sleep on AND i would let Daisy take my bed AND nothing will happen because like said we are responsible AND there's only 10 days until we leave for the Quidditch Final AND we are all best frien-"
Molly glared at them, "Fine! since you are practically begging i can see this is important." Molly glanced at the three of them, "NO FUNNY BUSINESS."
Daisy added quickly "Of course!"
Fred and George exclaimed "thank you mom!" and Harry and Ron looked at each other then the twins with wide eyes in disbelief.
After dinner everyone went to their rooms. Daisy gathered her stuff and hurried to the twins room, where they all laughed. The next 10 nights in the twins room were long nights. the three of them stayed up laughing, dancing, singing, and talking all night, every night. It was the most fun Daisy has had all summer so far.
on the final night before they left for the Quidditch World Cup, George had crashed early from running on not many hours of sleep. Fred had just gotten out of the shower and walked into the room, where he saw Daisy, laying on his bed, almost dozing off too.
"Hey you! you better not be falling asleep!" Fred said bursting into the room, shirtless, still wet from his shower. He ran to the bed and jumped on to Daisy, and shook his wet hair onto her.
"Fred Weasley, you dog!" You said, trying to contain you laughing and not wake George.
Fred giggled still laying on top of her. He glanced down at her lips then stared into her eyes leaning into her a little more, "And Daisy Quinn, you-"
"Daisy go shower before the hot water is gone." George said with he eyes close still half asleep.
"-are on my bed and need to shower." Fred finished and before she had time to answer, he scooped her up and placed her outside of the door.
She looked back at him in disbelief and confusion about what just happened.
"See you in a few." Fred said with a wink and a sly grin.
Daisy walked to the bathroom in a daze. she got into the shower, still not processing what just happened. She muttered aloud, "Was Fred Weasley about to kiss me? and am i disappointed that he didn't?"
Suddenly there was a knock on the door. her heart raced. Is it fred? But then she heard Ginny say "Hey Daisy, Fred told me you forgot clothes, so I'm going to leave them at the door. Also he said hurry up or something, I don't really remember."
Hurry up? she thought to herself. Why does fred want me to hurry? He did look really good when he walked in the room...What is going on?
She quickly washed her hair and walked back to the twin's room. But when she walked in, George was asleep in his bed and Fred was asleep on the the small couch in the corner of their room. Disappointed she went to sleep that night, curious as to what could have happened.
