May 1, 2002

I woke up to the smell of pancakes coming from the closed door of an unfamiliar bedroom.

I sat up and looked around confused as to why the hell I wasn't in my dorm room, and why my alarm clock didn't go off. Didn't I have a lecture to go to? Or was it Saturday?

Then I remembered the shocking events of yesterday.

So I really did time travel back to 2002 and meet basement My Chem. Wow.

Standing up off the bed, I looked down at myself wearing Frank's clothes, and headed towards the door to go see Frank making breakfast.

"Morning Ana," he said when he turned around and saw me enter the small kitchen in the apartment.

"Morning," I grumbled, sitting down on the chair next to the kitchen table.

I looked up and saw three mugs sitting on the counter and gestured to them, to which Frank nodded and handed me one of the mugs.

I took a huge sip of the hot liquid as it slid down my throat. "Ugh, thank you so much, I would've died without this."

Frank let out a little laugh. "Ray's probably still sleeping, I'll wake him up after the two of us eat," he said, and slid two plates of pancakes onto the table, sitting down in front of me.

I ate them with a fork, and looked up at Frank, then back down at my plate. "Do you have a spork by any chance..." I mumbled.

"Hm?" he hummed, looking up at me.

"Hm? Oh nothing."

He looked at me weird, and then we went back to eating the pancakes, and a few minutes later, a very sleepy Ray came stumbling out of his room and into the chair next to Frank, snatching the coffee and taking a huge gulp.

"Mornin princess fro fro," I said, taking another bite of the pancakes.

Ray looked up at me skeptically, and I sighed. "Shit, I forgot you still have the mind set of 2002 Ray. It's the fandom's nickname for you, because of your fro..." I looked up, and noticed that his hair was shorter than I last remembered. "But that will happen later, I guess."

He looked at me funny, which was understandable. Just imagine a stranger calling you "princess fro fro" and telling you that you would have big hair later in life. Totally weird.

Lola the demon pug waddled through the halls of the castle of hell, trying not to trip over their long cloak.

They entered the room at the end of the long, dark, corridor that was being lit up by a few torches hanging from the sides of the walls, and saw that there two demon comrades have already arrived.

"Y ou as k ed to se e us m a s t e r?" the first one, Furfur, asked Lola.

"Ahhh! Stop it, Frank!" I laughed, as he threw a pancake at me.

"No! Never!" he yelled, and Ray just sat there on the kitchen floor, playing runescape or something like that.

We all laughed at each other, when suddenly Frank said, "So the guys said they were coming over in a few minutes, there apartment is just down the hall."

I nodded, thinking about what the fuck I was going to say to them when they started asking me questions.

Did I tell them the truth? For starters, I didn't know the truth myself. Had I time traveled? And how the fuck did I do it exactly? I had no idea.

I snapped out of my very dumb thoughts when I heard a knock on Frank and Ray's apartment door, and in came Gerard and his sleepy looking brother.

"Hey Frank- is that coffee?" he asked, looking at the pot on the kitchen counter.

Without even waiting for Frank's reply, he rushed over there and took a mug out of the cabinet, pouring himself a cup and sitting down next to his brother and Ray on the floor leaning against the coffee table, while me and Frank stayed on the couch.

"So, Ana, tell us. How, in the fuck, are you here?" Gerard asked, looking me in the eye as he took another big gulp of his coffee.

I took a deep breath, and said, "Honestly, I have no fucking idea. But if this is 2002, then I'm definitely from the future. 2020, actually."

Mikey sighed. "Well, that complicates things."

"Wait, that means you don't have a place to stay?" Frank asked.

I shook my head. "I mean, I don't even live in Belleview. I'm from New York. And if I did happen to try to go back to my college, I don't think they'd let some chick who claims to be from the future into there dorms. I mean, you guys probably don't even believe me-"

"I believe you," Frank interupted. "I mean, you being from the future would explain a lot of things. Like your clothes, the way you talk, the fact that you were surprised that my car had crank windows. It makes sense."

"If you're really from the future prove it," Mikey said, of course, always the skeptical one.

I sighed.

"Well, where do I start..."
