**one month since halloween**
Great just great last week I just discovered I had a toothache and Daniel doesn't know.
Maybe I forgot to brush when I had candy a few times.. whoops..
I wake up today.. it was a chilly morning. The sun was just rising.
I roll out bed after my alarm goes off I grab a baggie sweater and joggers.
I take a shower, get changed and brush my teeth then head downstairs.
Daniel was sitting on the breakfast bar stool.
"Good morning" he says
"Morning" I say
"What do you fancy for breakfast?" He asks
"I'm not that hungry" I say
"You need to eat" Daniel said
I sigh and grab a pod of yogurt and a spoon and sit at the breakfast bar with Daniel.
I open my yogurt and begin eating. Good thing I chose this not toast because that will aggravate my toothache a lot, then Daniel will notice and he will make me have a checkup.
I finish my yogurt and threw the container away, grab my lunch which Daniel packed for me, get my shoes on and my jacket and grab my bag and go outside and wait for the bus.
The bus comes and I sit down next to Lola.
"Hey" I say
"Hey" she says
"So how are you?" I ask
"Good, how about you?" Lola says
"Wanna know my secret, you can't tell Daniel though" I say
"I won't tell him, do you got a toothache or something?" Lola questions
"Yea, been hurting for a week" I mention
"You know he will make it feel better" Lola admits
"But he's gonna be so mad at me for getting a cavity, I've never had one and I had perfect teeth, he doesn't expect one from me" I say
We get to school
"Well good luck then, I hope you feel better" Lola says and smiles at me when we walk in the school building. I go to my locker and drop my bag and lunch bag off.
I grab my stuff I needed for class and close my locker.
A guy was looking at me and smirking
" what?" I say in a annoyed tone
"Just staring at the biggest loser at school" he says smugly
"Screw off" I say and walk away
He sighs and walks away. He might be mad at me but I don't care. I don't know him so I don't care.
Even though I'm a second grader.. I still get boys in older grades and my grade giving me mean looks.
School went by slow and soon came lunch.
I opened my lunch and look what Daniel packed me.. a grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing.. which was pretty good
I bit into a crouton in my bad tooth and my hand flew up to my jaw and yelped.
I got a few kids and the lunch monitor looking at me.
The lunch monitor approaches me. "Are you okay, do you need to go to the nurse?" She asks
Tears were forming in my eyes I nod.
The pain won't go away now.
I went to the nurses office and she gave me something to help and called Daniel. She sent me to get my stuff then Daniel arrives who was worried and very concerned..
"Chloe i need you to tell me what happened" he says as we get in the car
"I was eating lunch and bit into a crouton, a toothache came that's all" I say
"Some hard foods can chip your tooth, I hope that's not the case" he says and began driving to the office but I didn't know it yet
"W-wait where are we going?" I ask curiously
"My office to look at your tooth" Daniel says
Oh boy.. was I in for a treat.. he's gonna find out everything and I bet I'll get in trouble
