I believe you would know what the above word mean.
Down the years I've seen the need for each person to view others as his brother never minding his race or tribe.
No matter the hatred that came my way I decided not "returning evil for evil". Besides we're all from the first parents.
Equality was what some people failed to have. They viewed themselves more superior than the other. But it wasn't right. Or was it ?.
Lack of inequality led to my village to be raided and having villagers including myself and my family sold off into slavery.
Inequality led to harsh treatment of slaves and also it's delay for giving freedom.
No skin colour is superior than the other. One should be proud of his race, tribe, skin colour no matter how looked down it is. Never mind those harsh and discriminating talks that may come your way.
I always had the believe that no society is greater than the other. Sad to say the gap between the rich and poor continues to grow ever wider. But never worry about your predicaments. Always look ahead to an everly bright future with hope. The words of the racist and the discriminator wouldn't last for a lifetime. They would only stay temporarily.
Always have in mind that no one was born with love. We only just have to cultivate it. So don't show evil to those who showed it to you due to lack of having love and equality. They can have a change of heart with time.
People watch our attitude and our behaviours with the way we interact with people around us. They can learn from it.Equality isn't hard to cultivate. Same with love.
Have that sense of love and equality in your hearts , because no one is superior or inferior to you and me, no matter your race and class in life.
Now I'm old. I've seen and experienced things. And have encountered some obstacles.
If it wasn't equality I wouldn't have married my dear Marilyn.Always remember "Equality never favours just one person or tribe or race or colour or community. It covers everyone irrespective of where you're from".
THE END...
