Mike and Nico stand on the platform together in front of their opponent Franklin Eddison a fit 15-year-old black male, he is wearing double katanas but they're sheath in on his back. He has been learning libido since he was a child which is why he is at a higher rank than Mike and Nico.
When Nico sees his face; sees who it is his heart drops. Mike sees this look on Nico's face and asks "what's wrong, do you know this guy".
Nico answers "I don't".
The ref starts them off but Franklin just stands there waiting.
Mike is about to run at him but Nico stops him asking "what are you doing".
"What do we do then". Mike asks
Nico answers "We have to keep him on his toes, you keep attacking him while I look for an undefended area".
Mike and Nico run at him attacking Franklin simultaneously but he keeps quickly dodging every attack without much effort. Mike starts getting serious making powerful and quick swings. Franklin responds by pulling out one of his two katanas and blocking Mike's attacks and start making moves, Mike blinks and Franklin is behind him about struck him down, Nico saves Mike blocking Franklin's attack with his bo.
Mike and Nico back away from him. Nico tells Mike "he's toying with us."
"What?" Mike asks with sweat dripping from his skin.
Nico tells him "he could've ended it long ago, we lost before we stepped in the ring". Short of breath.
"I've got a plan strike when I tell you to." Tells Mike.
He runs at Franklin spinning his staff then uses it to slam Franklin's katana in the ground stepping on it, Franklin is still holding on to his katana. Nico shouts Now; Mike runs at him with his sword over his head ready to swing down at Franklin bit he just pulls out his other katana blocks it then strikes Nico.
Nico walks out of the ring growing his bo staff down in anger while Franklin quietly cackles.
Mike and Franklin stand facing each other Mike tells himself "it's been a good fight". As he runs about to make a big swing but before he knew it, he has been stabbed.
"It's over. Harvard Westlake takes home the win tonight folks." Announces the commentator.
Mike walks up to Franklin saying " good fight man, I'm Michi Adams, what's your name." He asks, shaking his hand.
Franklin answers "I'm Franklin and you don't have to tell me who you are. You're the son of one of the richest men in L.A."
"So, where your friends at," Mike asks him
Franklin tells him I don't really have many friends
Well I guess you just met one mike says smiling
Where are your friends Franklin asks
Mike turns around to see Oliv walking over to them when a hooded person stops her they begin to talk but mike didn't think much of it he tells Franklin there she is
Mike sees the good guy pull out a pistol on olive, he Starts running to her shouting her name; she gets shot before mike could do anything about him
The shooter runs off, chaos breaks out people are screaming and running Mike drops to his knees beside Olive and he grabs her and asks himself " what just happened" blood starts soaking her dress when she put her hand on his cheek and asks him "why am I so cold, am I ok"?
Mike starts crying desperate for everything to be ok he tells her"no no no You're ok, you're ok".
Franklin and Nico runs over to them Franklin says the cops are on their way
Scared, confused, and crying Mike asks them "should I lay her down, I don't know what do, I don't know what to do". he looks at her and tells her "it's okay, okay the cops are coming".
Barely able to keep her eyes open she tells him as she passes away. "Stay Golden star-boy."
"Hey hey he, olive open your eyes look at me look at me olive, please."
"It's ok". Olivia tells him
Mike scared says "No no no no wait wait wait wait hey hey"
Her body goes limp in his arms.

Mike wakes up sweating and breathing heavily then starts crying. His mom hears this comes in his room and sits on his bed she says to him " it must be tough". And hugs him. He tells her crying " if I had seen him before, if she never came wouldn't have happened, they know it was my fault but hadn't said anything I just can't get it out of my head it like it's constantly playing on a loop so what am I supposed to do.
"Mike no, it's not your fault". His mother assures him as she whites tiers im sorry but there wasn't anything you could've done, you didn't know there was gonna be a shooter, I'm going back to bed in the middle of the night. I love you.
Two weeks later Mike is outside Olivia's funeral by himself. Jason sees him goes over to tell him "we've been looking for you all day, how are you, we haven't heard of you since that day."
"I'm good, I've just been dealing with it". Mike answers
"You don't have to do it alone," Jason tells Mike hugging him
The others find Jason and mike
"Hey, mike you must be suffering after watching her die In your arms". Brandon asks
"Yeah, I've been having these nightmares. guys, I just wanna know if you think it's my fault, and if you do then you're totally right.
Jade tells him "Mike none of us think that."
"There's no way we would. I heard you ran towards the shooting while everyone ran for their lives if anything you're a hero". Allis explains.
"Let's go," Brandon says as he puts his arm around Mike and walks off to Summer's house.
They hang out and comfort each other for a while. Out of nowhere Toshio projects himself to them and says "this is the worst time but I think olive was a target and I think I know who sent the shooter".
