Chapter 1

Hi everyone! This is my very first publish and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did writing it, please excuse the grammar errors I suck. :)

I still remember the night we left to met alpha Jamie and his wife sarah. My mom had just got into a big fight with my father,they always do but this time it was bad. Dad threw bottles everywhere against the wall and he grabbed mommy by the neck. She didn't like that to much so we left. We lived in a very wooded area there was probably one more house but it was not for another 6 miles down the road. I was like 5 at the time and I didn't get much of what was going on just remember that's my mom was very mad. She was a very strong willed woman this was probably the big reason why dad married her. She grabbed me and we ran out of the house and started walking toward the woods which I thought was pretty weird but I was 5 and she was my mom.
"I can't believe that bastard. Rule number one about men Rose never let a man put their hands on you. I mean never not once because if you do they will think they can do it again and you my dear are a Rose delicate and no one can hurt my flower" she rubbed my cheek.
"'Mom where are we going?" I asked
"You remember that friend I was telling you about that I had in college that lives in a big castle in the woods?"
"Yes you tell me about them all the time."
"Well we are going to try and find them. They shouldn't be that far. Maybe like 2 days ride if we catch the bus at midnight. I promise you will love it there. Lots of trees plenty of play area and lots of new people to meet." Little did my mom know I was about to be in a world of trouble.

The walk to the bus station was kind of far so my mom put me on her back most of the way and carried me there. I love my mom she was literally my only friend then. She would play make up with me,Dolls, even when I wanted to play cops and robbers. She was literally the best in the world my dad on the other hand I didn't see that much. He would always work come home drink and fall asleep sometimes he would take us all out to the movies and we go to dinner but that was very rare. I only had one memory of this. I still loved him though he was dad. When we got on the bus my mom gave me my jacket and wrapped it around me. I was definitely scared but I felt safe. I fell asleep in no time. When the bus stopped I was still asleep I didn't wake up until the cab dropped us off in front of this place that looks like a giant princess castle. It was a big house in the front and the 6 little house around the big one. It was like a big Barbie dream house with little ones surrounding it.
"Okay honey we are here. I want you to be on your best behavior these are mommy's friends and they have agreed to take care of us for awhile" my mom said.
"Okay" I said. I grabbed my teddy bear Ralph and put my thumb in my mouth. I sucked my thumb until I was like 7 and even then I still sucked it falling asleep don't ask why it was just a habit. These two beautiful people came out of the castle a man and a woman and ran up to my mom.
"Frankie darling are you okay!" Said the woman
" yeah I'm fine just glad to be away from that bastard. Thanks again for letting Rose and I stay" my mom answered
" Frankie you know you are always welcomed. I wish you would have called us sooner. We could have came and picked you up."
" no us living with you is help enough I wouldn't ask for anything else."
"Come let me show you to your rooms" we followed the lady upstairs. There was at least 4 rooms on that floor.
"This is where you will be staying of course until little rosy here gets bigger" Sarah leaned down and looked at with her blue eyes.
"You are to adorable. My name is Sarah Rose. Your mom and I used to be roommates in college." I waved
" sorry she does not talk much."my mom answered
"It's okay I wouldn't talk to people I never met either. I got your room ready for you. Come down in a hour and meet everyone. Dinner should be ready by then. Bye Rosy" she waved and shut the door. My mom grabbed our luggage and started unpacking. The room my huge. It had a bathroom with what looked like a king sized bed and a dresser with a mirror.
"Alright Rose. I need you to listen to me if there is not anything you remember tonight remember this" I nodded
"Promise me you won't show off your powers, not until I learn that it's safe." I nodded
"I promise mommy"
"Good girl" she hugged me.
"Let's go wash up for dinner hopefully they have hot dogs"

When we got down for dinner Sarah met me and my mom at the stairs.

"You can sit here with me and my daughter. You and her are the same age Rosy and her name is Madeline. " Sarah said.
They sat at the top of the table not the end that chair was empty but they sat to the right of the table. There were a lot of people sitting at the table. I don't think I ever saw this many people in one place let alone a table. I sat down beside a girl with brown hair and green eyes she was skinny like me and she actually looked friendly.

" Hi! My name is Madeleine whats yours?" she asked

"Rose" I whispered.

"Hi Rose after dinner to want to go play outside on the playground?" I nodded. She seems nice. They had a lot of food to choose from, they had spaghetti and meatballs, pasta, burgers, and cheesecake. I love sweets its definitely weakness. My mom knew this she loaded my plate up with spaghetti and cheesecake. I was just about to take a bite when two people came in the room. They were males and they both radiated power, I could feel it coming off them in waves. They both had black hair and one man was maybe in his 20s and the other guy was about 7 years old. He had blue eyes and he was really cute. His father was very tall and he was very handsome he had blue eyes too. He sat at the head of the table and the other person sat next to him.

"Frankie its been to long". The tall man said

"Axe" my mom said

"What is new? I heard you had a kid."

"I did this is Rose" I waved while having my mouth full of spaghetti. Axe smiled

"She looks nothing like you." My mom glared

"Yeah well you know I hated him my entire pregnancy, maybe that had something to do with it". Axe I laughed

" I told you he was trouble. He lied to you from the start."

"Axe don't start please" Axe threw his hands up
"Fine. This is my son Jason. He is the first of many to be born" my mom rolled her eyes. I didn't know what that ment at that age but this man had 7 kids it's crazy.
