Hello there!
This is in fact my first blog on this amino so i apologize if it’s not that good but i have always wanted to make a blog on this subject and before you ask, no i do not completely love myself, self love is a journey and i’m still working on myself, and yes sometimes i may do the opposite of these things but i am doing them a lot less often, you should know it’s ok sometimes to do these things since it’s your emotions but you need to get into the habit of trading those bad self doubting habits with the stuff below.Down below there are tips and reasons to love yourself and to learn, we are all in this together
I am not going to go on any longer, let’s get started!Here are the help ideas:;
Positivity and speeches
yes yes this may sound confusing but this helps a lot, you need to find a mirror, look at yourself and tell yourself all the things you love and how your a boss and you can do this and succeed, make it your own little speechI find it best to do this before i sleep since i have sleeping problems and this calms me down but it’s all up to you!
Wether you do it when you wake up or when your going to bed or even both it’s fine, just make it a daily thing and do NOT let any negativity into your speech!
Moodboards
This step can vary on the person but make a moodboard of something that inspires you like your best friend or your favorite movie or some self love quotes, the list could go on!When your done put it somewhere were you can see it and let it inspire you.
Stop comparing yourself to others!
You are your own individual person and you should stop comparing yourself to these actors, models, ect
Once you start comparing yourself you loose yourself and start to loose sight of who you are and your self worth.I know it’s hard to look at some people and think “wow i wish i was her” or “I’ll never be that pretty” but guess what honey boo boo you are already that pretty, you are already that good and you are already worth everything!
Take mental health days
Everyone needs a mental health day once and a while, people use their mental health days differently here are some ideas and examples;•Doing what you love(drawing, editing, singing, dancing)
•Watch netflix
•Bake
•Spend time with family and friends
•Spa day!
The list goes on.
Find what make you happy and calm, your own little happy place where you can go to relax and wind down after a long week.Write a letter to your future self
I recently found this website called “FutureMe” which is a website where you can write a letter to your future self.
I suggest doing this to clear your head and vent but also remember the future is going to be a difficult road and your going to be a year older and with age comes responsibility’s and problems so write your own letter telling your future self what’s going on with you, anything exiting happening, tell them it’s going to be alright and that they can do anything, tell them what you want to say.Leave yourself something nice for your future so you can look back on it and think “i was awesome”!
Don’t let darkness consume you!

I have anxiety and social anxiety and frequent panic attacks but i don’t let those things define me or ruin my day and neither should you!
Your problems don’t define you, they shape you into a better person, sometimes it just takes time.
You would be lying if you say you haven’t had one of those just lay down at night and cry moments and that’s ok, we are all human and we all need to cry and let stuff out at times and we shouldn’t be ashamed of our tears, but don’t let those tears define you and drag you down!We learn from our tears and our bad times, that’s how we grow, do NOT feel like less of a person just because you cried over something you feel was silly.
Do NOT compare your problems to other people’s problems to other people’s problems, we all have our problems and just because your problem isn’t as big as somebody else’s dosent mean it doesn’t matter or your problems are irrelevant, there will always be people to talk to and that care about you.Those were some positive things to help your journey progress but now i’m going to give you a few reasons and things to remember:;
•There is no other person like you in the WORLD!
•You are awesome!
•You are worth everything
•Have you seen you, your gorgeous
•Your a boss
•You can do this
•You matter
•One ‘flaw’(even though i see NONE)dose not define you
•You deserve happiness and laughter
•If people don’t like you they don’t know how much they are missing out on!
•If you ever feel like your not enough or you deserve the worst just remember you don’t
•There is no such thing as perfection, we all make mistakes and we all grow as we grow up
•Don’t be afraid to stand out and be bold
•They hate you cause they ain’t you boo
•Don’t change for anyone
•You are strong
•You are independent
•Don’t dwell on the past, focus on where you are right now•I love you 3000❤️🌙
