I believe there’s nothing wrong with plastic surgery, just admit you had some work when someone asks, just be honest and open. When it comes with editing though, it’s mixed feelings. Mostly because even if it’s subtle or it’s disclosed, it can have a toll on the mental health of the person who’s edited. It can become a form of dysmorphia, you’ll slowly edit more and more of yourself until it’s no longer you in the photo. This can happen with plastic surgery too, yes, but surgery is a commitment; you need to schedule an appointment, need to pay for it, need to talk to a surgeon, etc. Editing is something you can do yourself, wherever you are.
