Watching the exhaustion take over his form
Seeing the moon glint in his deep brown eyes
Gazing in wonder at how one man
Might hold enough power
To tame a wild heart like mine
Like someone taming a wild stallion
Not impossible
Just risky
Yet he did it anyways
Taming my roaming heart
With his amazingly keen spirit
And his dazzling brown eyes
I don't know much about him yet
But I can tell that he hardly lies
And its a relief
To look up and see kind eyes
Full of love and joy
In comparison to the deadly cold and emotionless eyes
I have known for some years
He brings light into my life
A light I never knew I needed
