Chapter 17

Bai Ling looked for Bao Yu in the Madam Yi's restaurant but was told that she went to the market. She might be arrive at any time soon.

Bai Ling planned to wait for her outside. He was really angry to the core. His first priority was not making his family to not to worry and make them happy. Now he was afraid that might be failed.

After buying the vegetables in the market, Bao Yu met with Yi Chen and Zhan Fang on the way. As they walked towards the restaurant and saw Bai Ling at the door step. BaoYu looked confused as she went to him, "Bai Ling, what are you doing here?"

Bai Ling lifted his head saw her coming towards him, before she could reach him Bai Ling went to her and grabbed her aside. Yi Chen and Zhan Fang was shocked by his gesture as they went after him.

"Bai Ling what are you doing" Bao Yu used her strength to push him away. "I should ask you what are you doing? Didn't I asked you to not to tell them?" Bai Ling shouted at her.

"I don't understand what you are saying?" Bao Yu looked confused and shocked by his sudden outburst.

Yi Chen pulled Bao Yu to him, "Bai Ling, you're scaring her"

"I was talking to her. Move away" Bai Ling tried to push Yi Chen but Yi Chen stood firmly in front of Bao Yu. "I have no problem with you talking. But can't you see you are scaring her"

"Yi Chen wait" Bao Yu moved away from Yi Chen and looked at BaiLing, "By chance did they found out?"

Only thing that could have made him angry must be Qing Ze and Ning Xuan must have found out about his parents wants him back. Other than that there was no reason for Bai Ling to get worked up. But what's Bao Yu couldn't understand was why he came here and shouting at her.

"Do you have the nerve to ask?" Bai Ling pushed Bao Yu to the wall making her to hit her back, "I told you to not to tell them. How can you do this to me?"

Bao Yu realized that he must have been misunderstood something, "Bai Ling, believe me. I swear to god I didn't tell anything to them"

"Stop lying. If you didn't tell them how they know that my biological parents wants me back. I thought you're a good kid but never in my life I could have imagined that you're a wolf in sheep, backstabbing the others. We could have left you in the street to die alone instead of taking you in as family. Until I stay here you're not my family"

Bai Ling punched the wall instead of her causing her to scream and tremble.

Yi Chen lost all his patience and punched Bai Ling on the face, "Stop behaving like a kid"

Zhan Fang went to Bao Yu who was trembling.

Bai Ling fell on the ground. He felt the  blood dripping from his lips. He stood up as he wiped the blood, "It's none of your business"

"Whatever her business is also mine" Yi Chen glared at him which infuriated Bai Ling.

"It's seems you have someone to protect you then why are you staying with us? Our family don't need a person who back stab others" Bai Ling words were like a knife stabbed into Bao Yu's heart.

"Finally found you" Qing Ze and Ning Xuan ran to them after looking for Bai Ling. They noticed Bao Yu looked terrified and Bai Ling face was hurt.

Qing Ze somewhat understood what could have happened here after seeing Bao Yu's trembling face.

"What happened to you both?" Ning Xuan went to Bai Ling to check his wound. Bao Yu looked at Qing Ze and then Bai Ling, "I thought everything was fine. But now I know that's my own stupidity to believe I was one of your family"
