"If you're not interested to go to school, with your knowledge why don't you write GED?" Yi Chen asked Bao Yu.

Currently Yi Chen, Bao Yu, Zhan Fang came to Zhan Fang's mansion to have hangout. Zhan Fang parents were glad that finally their daughter have some decent friends not like the old ones who are only interested in Zhan Fang's money.

Bao Yu already informed Papa Ning and the trio that she will be visiting her new friend's home and planned to have dinner at her home.

Right now, the three of them playing in the swimming pool Yi Chen spoke to Bao Yu regarding her studies.

"GED? Nope" Bao Yu shook her head.

"Yi Chen, let her have some fun. She's so lucky that no one is pestering her to study" Zhan Fang said as she fed apple to Bao Yu.

Bao Yu's mind went back how everyone in the house saying the same thing as Yi Chen. Thinking about that gave her a headache.

After playing in the water they went to have dinner with Zhan Fang parents. The dining table was filled with lot of foods made them drool.

"Don't be polite. Eat a lot" Mrs.Zhan said to them. Bao Yu and Yi Chen obeyed her and ate a lot.

After eating, Bao Yu insisted to do the dishes along with Mrs.Zhan.

Mrs.Zhan know that Bao Yu helped with Zhan Fang studies and extended her hand to be Zhan Fang's friend. So she was grateful to her.

"Bao Yu, Thanks a lot for accepting my daughter as your friend. We know that she was struggling in her school. Always looking sad whenever she comes home. I was afraid what if my interference make it worse. Besides Zhan Fang didn't say a word to us. So her father and I turned blind eye" Mrs.Zhan let a tear fell down on her cheek and she clasped Bao Yu's hand "Thanks to you I saw my daughter's cheerful side. After she became your friend I saw a changes in her. The lonely kid became so bright and happy. Thank you, dear"

Bao Yu was dumbstruck, "Aunt Zhan, I didn't do anything". Mrs.Zhan saw the flushed face of Bao Yu, "Alright, Don't be embarrassed. In future if you need any help, just feel to approach me"

Bao Yu nodded her head and quickly escaped from her. It was too much for Bao Yu to handle seeing an elder crying holding your hand.

Zhan Fang butler dropped Bao Yu and Yi Chen at their home. When Bao Yu went to the house it was locked. It passed ten, At this time everyone should be at home. She scratched her head. It was never happened before so obviously Bao Yu didn't bring a spare key for her own.

Bao Yu went to the Papa Ning's restaurant hoping to see them there. It was also closed making her worry. Because at this time Papa Ning could be preparing for next day in the restaurant. Where they all went?

She doesn't own a phone, so she doesn't know how to call them?

It's been half an hour, but still no news. She went back to the house decided to wait for them. Still her heart gave a bad premonition.

Suddenly Yi Chen ran towards to Bao Yu panting, "Bao Yu, I heard Papa Qing got into an accident"

Bao Yu thought she might have heard him wrong, "What are you saying?"

"My Mom received a call in the evening saying Papa Qing got into an accident when he chased after a burglars. His police car collided with the burglars and he was severely injured taken to the City hospital" Yi Chen said to her.

They couldn't able to inform her because they don't have Zhan Fang house phone number.

Bao Yu felt her eyesight blurred and she ran to get a taxi. Yi Chen followed her, helped her to get a taxi and he got into it.

Once the taxi stopped, Bao Yu got and ran inside. Yi Chen paid the fare and ran after her.

They both checked in the reception about Papa Qing. The receptionist informed that he was in operation theatre was in third floor.

They both rushed to the third floor and saw devastated Papa Ning, crying Ning Xuan and next to them was Qing Ze, Bai Ling.

"U-Uncle Ning"

They all turned after hearing Bao Yu's voice. As soon as Ning Xuan saw her, she ran and hugged Bao Yu, "Papa Qing was inside for a long time. I'm scared"

Bao Yu tears were flowing uncontrollably as she looked at Qing Ze who looked broken. After all Papa Qing was his only kin in the world after his mother left him.

Bai Ling pulled Ning Xuan away from her after seeing Bao Yu's trembling body. Papa Ning came to Bao Yu, "Don't worry, he will be fine. You know how strong he is, right?"

Bao Yu nodded her head.

Couple of hours later the doctor came out from the room. Papa Ning and the others went the doctor to know about Papa Qing.

"I did my best. But still he had suffered severe blow in the head made some impact on his brain. He has to go another surgery. Unfortunately the doctor who can able to do this surgery is not currently available in the country. Because he was busy preparing for his daughter's upcoming wedding. As of now he can able to survive for two weeks"

The whole world collapsed to Papa Qing's family members.

"Doctor, What about other doctors?" Papa Ning asked the doctor.

"This surgery is risky and too costly. Other than Doctor Stephenson no one can able to do that. He was specially trained neurosurgeon. Let me try with other doctors and let you know. As of now we will move Mr.Qing to ICU" The doctor replied to him and left.

The door opened and few nurses took unconscious Papa Qing to the ICU ward.
They only able to get a glimpse of him before getting into the ICU ward.

Qing Ze fell on the floor, scared. Bai Ling squatted down hugging him, "Don't worry. Nothing will happen. We will find a doctor as soon as possible"

Ning Xuan was crying closing her mouth. Even the Papa Ning who looked strong before couldn't help to shed tears after seeing his friend of twenty years in unconscious state.

Bao Yu thought now this is not the right time to cry, so she quickly run. Yi Chen who standing beside startled by seeing her run, he followed her as well.

Bao Yu saw the doctor who operated on Papa Qing and went to him, "Doctor can you help me to get Doctor Stephenson's phone number. I would like to talk with him"
