My eyes opened to a bright white light, it almost blinded me. I was in an unfamiliar room, a white room. The wall beside me was covered in long vertical blinds. I was propped up on a hard, uneven bed--a bed with rails.
There was an annoying beeping sound somewhere near me. I hoped that meant I was still alive. Death shouldn't be this uncomfortable, or I was already in hell? Was it possible for me to go on that place?
My hand had a dextrose in it, and something was taped across my face, under my nose. I lifted my hand to rip it off.
"Lili.." Someone familiar stopped me.
My sight was still blurred, but I can see it was a lady. "Jisoo?" I blinked, trying to cleared it at once.
"Lisa." Jisoo's angelic face was clear now, she was smiling.
I knitted my eyebrows. "What happened?" I asked immediately, confused.
"You can't remember?"
Of course, I remember. But I want to know how I survived from the human hunters. Could it be possible? I played dumb and shook my head.
She sighed. "You went on the forest, climbed up in a tall tree, definitely made a mistake and fell from the ground. Luckily, Mr. Dong-"
"Mr. Dong?"
She nodded. "Yeah, he doesn't lived here, but him and his son sometimes visits here to hunt deers. You're lucky, he was hunting yesterday and saw you."
Jisoo's story was made by someone, and whoever that Mr. Dong was, he possibly knew something. "I shouldn't have gone there." I whispered, remembering what Jungkook always said; don't go anywhere when his not around.
My mind started to panicked as I remembered Jungkook. He will be mad if he knew what happened, knowing him--he will put himself into danger just to avenged me.
I gulped. "Where is he? I mean, Jungkook?"
"He's right there, sleeping." She turned her head on the long sofa on her back where Jungkook laying with his eyes close. Jisoo looked back at me, and smiled. "He never leaves."
"Dr. Kim assisted you as soon as they came back yesterday, and gave you a special treament." She added.
Jisoo suddenly frown as she caressed my cheek, "Lili, I'm sorry for insisting you to live with me. You should go back to Thailand after this semester, you should stay with mom."
"What? No!" She flinched in the sudden changed of my voice. "I don't want to go back to Thailand."
"I thought you don't like Yin? I-"
"No, I will not leave. . .I like living here--with you." I muttured.
She smiled and nodded. "Okay sweety, if that's what you want." Her voice was angelic and calm. At that moment, Jisoo's phone vibrates. "It's mom.." She mumbled.
"You told her?"
"Of course. She's our mother, she has the right to know what's going on with her daughters." She continued. "You want to talked to her?"
