Dragon ages are written (at least here) as 1/2 of the human age. For example, if a human was 10 years old, as a dragon they would be 5. Taken from "Dragons" on the wiki: "Dragon to scavenger age conversions: four to seven-year-olds are teenagers, seven to eight-year-olds are young adults, and anyone above nine years of age is considered an adult."

I will write every day or so and post a new chapter every week, give or take.

Each chapter will be 500-1000 words; I'm not very good at writing long chapters.

In case you are wondering, Izula's name comes from the actual name of the bullet ant, the izula ant. Nitida comes from the scientific name of the June bug, which yet another dragon is named after. Gossamer is a type of spider silk.

I will add more notes if you have any questions or need something to be clarified.
