Imari never felt so happy. Her feelings for Beau seemed to grow even more as the two started to be more closer after the party.

Imari's phone beeped, making her perk up.

How are you? Are you free for today? - Beau

Imari felt the smile on her face and the blush that took place on her cheeks.

I'm doing fine, thank you for asking. How are you? And yes, I am free for today. - Imari

Before Imari can check her schedule for the day, her phone beeped.

I'm also good. Though, I want to take you out tonight, may I? - Beau

Does it mean a date? Imari almost jumped out of happiness but she controlled herself.

Before she can reply, another message from Beau was sent to her.

Like a date. - Beau

And this time, she can't control herself as she threw her phone and covered her face with the pillow next to her, squealing as loud as she can.

Deep down she knew, she's in love.

Imari swore time flew fast when she's asleep. She immediately took a shower and made herself presentable for the man.

She was just fixing her curly hair when her phone beeped.

I'm outside of your apartment. - Beau

She texted him her address earlier because Beau wants to pick her up.

Imari looked at herself at the mirror one last time. She's wearing the dress that her mom bought for her. She never used this because it always looked so feminine on her.

It was a nude bodycon dress that reached above her knees. She paired it with a black block heels. A casual yet sexy type look.

When Imari went down on her apartment, Beau was already standing beside his car across the street.

He was wearing a short sleeved white button-up with his hair slicked up that compliments his oceanic blue eyes that Imari loved the most.

Imari swear she heard Beau inhale a sharp breath when he saw her crossing towards him.

'Your beauty never ceases to amaze me.' Beau said before pulling her close by her waist and softly kissing her cheek.

Imari chuckled as she bit the inside of her cheeks.

"You also look nice tonight. Thank you for inviting me out." Imari whispered before kissing his cheek.

Beau opened the passenger seat for Imari and together they drove down into the most well-known fine dining in their place.

They were led on the top floor of the building where you can see all the city lights around the area.

Imari can't help but be amazed. "This is beautiful, Beau. Thank you for bringing me here."

'A beautiful place for a beautiful lady.' Beau winked causing Imari to giggle and playfully roll her eyes.

To say the night went well was an underestimate, it felt heavenly for Imari. And true to her words, her night got even better.

'I was born mute but it never really bothered me. I can say I'm gifted in a way where I appreciate my own self. I accepted it wholeheartedly.' Beau continued talking and Imari smiled at him.

Is it possible for a man to be more even beautiful in her eyes when he's talking? Cause if so, then the man in front of her is the living proof.

"I always thought you were annoyed at me when we first met." Imari chuckled when she saw Beau grinned at her.

'No. I was just frustrated that I can't talk to you, knowing well you don't know about me being mute. I don't want to make you uncomfortable.' Beau explained.

Imari swear she falls in love with every word this man utters.

"Beau.. I really like you." Imari confessed. She looked at the man in front of her. He was smiling like he heard the most happiest news he had ever received.

Beau stood up before he offered his hand. 'Dance with me?'

Imari's heart leaped out when their bodies made contact. Beau's hold on her waist tightens when their eyes never sway away from each other.

'I like you too, Imari.' Beau said before dipping his head and softly planting his lips against her.

Imari circled her arms around his neck while Beau pulled her closer. The sweet kiss lasted for minutes before Beau pulled away.

Both of them breathing heavily, eyes hooded with admiration and smiles planted across their lips.
