𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚗 𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚒'𝚖 𝚟𝚞𝚕𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎

The elevator doors opened and that's when they saw him. Father Kinley standing with a group of priests and exorcists. They were both knocked out of consciousness.

Chloe had regained her consciousness. She checked her surroundings and surprisingly, she was in Lux. She checked her phone - 4:58 a.m. -  Last time she was awake was 11 pm in the elevator. She went back up to the penthouse and that's when she saw it.

Lucifer was lying unconscious on a table, blood coming out from every scar and cut from his body. His devil form had come out and his blood was everywhere. She knew he wasn't supposed to bleed but then she remembered. She was not far enough from him therefore making him vulnerable.

Chloe rushed to Lucifer's side and tried waking him up. He slowly opened his eyes and with a weak and trembling voice,

"Detective, run. It's not safe here. Run as far as you can. They're coming back to finish me off."
"Lucifer, no. I won't leave you!"
"Detective."

Chloe had no choice but to run back to the elevator and out of the building. She drove the Corvette and was heading to Maze in Linda and Amenadiel's house. She couldn't think a single thing in her mind since it was clouded with thoughts of fear. Her mind was blank.

She arrived at their house and began banging on the door to let her in. She couldn't help but cry and let her emotions out on the doorstep.

Maze opened the door to see Chloe passed out on the doorstep. She quickly brought her inside and waited until she regained consciousness.

Lucifer saw Father Kinkey walk towards him with the Blade of Azrael. He thought it was gone, destroyed. He remembered throwing it into the void with his mother. How did it appear again?
