~Dream Start~

"Come on Charlie!" My father yelled to a 10 year old me. It was strange, it was almost as if it was a movie. Yet, it felt so real. I laughed and ran towards my father.

"Coming Daddy!" I shouted back. When I caught up to him, he picked me up and put me on his shoulders. My father was pretending to have a hard time carrying me, making grunting and groaning noises.

"You are getting WAY too heavy my girl! Are you eating too much of your mother's chocolate cupcakes again?"

I laughed at his strange humour, "No Daddy! I'm not THAT heavy!"

He laughed and carried me to the front porch where I climbed down from his shoulders. Dad took my hand and brought me into the house and greeted my mother who was making lunch in the kitchen. She smiled at us and sat us down at the dining room table.

"Rebecca! Lunch!" My mother shouted to my older sister. I heard her come down from her room and she sat across from me at the table. Mom gave us all our lunch, sat down in her seat, and we began to eat.

After lunch, Dad brought me down to the underground bunker that he made under the house. When I was younger, I remember this room being like a secret hideout. Dad brought me over to something that was covered by a sheet.

"What's that Daddy?" I asked pointing at said object. He looked at the covered object then back at me with a smile.

"That, my dear Charlie, is a surprise, for you."

"Can I see it?"

Dad nodded and he uncovered the object. It looked like an electric snowboard, but very, very different.

"Wow! What is it Daddy?"

"It's called a hoverboard. I created it using the Vibranium that T'Chaka gave me a few years ago."

"So Uncle Chaka gave you this? So cool!"

Dad laughed at my nickname for King T'Chaka. Dad then went over to his desk and grabbed an envelope and handed it to me.

"What's this?"

"It came in the mail this morning. It's from T'Challa. It's an invitation to come with me the next time I make a trip to Wakanda"

I was beyond excited. I have never been to Wakanda before! T'Challa had come to our house a few times with his father to visit my family because of how close our fathers are.

"Yay! Thank you Daddy!" I shouted hugging my father tightly. He chuckled and hugged me back just as tightly.

"You're very welcome, my girl."

"I love you Daddy."

"I love you too Charlie."

~Dream Ends~

When I woke up, I found myself lying down in a field. Standing a few feet away from me was Thor. He had his arms crossed over his chest and was staring out into the distance. I groaned as I started to sit up. Thor must've heard me because he was immediately at my side.

"T-Thor...what...what happened?" I asked the Asgardian.

"Loki knocked you out. He put you in the cell and used his magical trickery to trap me inside it as well. The cage flew through the sky until I used Mjolnir to break it and we landed safely here," he explained as well as he could. I held my hand up to his head.
