When we arrived in Stuttgart, I could feel a strange aura of power. Something not from Earth. I knew that what I felt was Loki's power. Steve stood from his seat, opening the back of the Quinjet as he did so. He turned to me, motioning for me to come over. I complied, walking up beside him.

"You ready?" he asked me. I took a deep breath and nodded.

"As I'll ever be."

Steve nodded in acknowledgment, taking a step out of the Quinjet with me in tow. Some would say that jumping out of a moving jet would be exhilarating. For me, I was a little scared of what I would face down on the ground. When the ground came into view, Steve put his shield up as he landed, blocking some sort of a blue energy beam from hitting an old man. I landed beside him, looking up at the culprit who shot the beam. The man wore a gold and green armoured outfit, with. a dark green cape. He was holding a golden sceptre and had on a gold helmet with horns.

This must be Loki. I thought to myself.

"You know," Steve started, "the last time I was in Germany, and saw a man standing above everyone else. We ended up disagreeing."

"The soldier. A man out of time." Loki replied.

"I'm not the who's outta time."

Loki went to shoot another beam from his sceptre, but I stepped in front of Steve, holding my hand up, summoning a force field to form in front of us. The beam deflected off the field, heading back towards Loki who jumped out of the way of the incoming attack. The Asgardian scoffed then turned towards me.

"Who are you supposed to be?"

I dispelled my field, smirking at Loki. "I'm Charlie, nice to meet you."

My smug response seemed to irritate the Asgardian, his grip tightened on his sceptre. The Quinjet then flew up above Steve and I, the gun pointing at Loki.

"Loki, drop the weapon and stand down," I heard Natasha's voice on the Quinjet's PA.

Loki used his sceptre to shoot a beam at the jet, causing Natasha to swerve the jet, giving Steve the chance to throw his shield at Loki. Loki dodged the shield, allowing Steve to retrieve it and punch Loki in the face. Loki then threw Steve towards the fountain, disorienting Steve for a second. I took my chance and grabbed my escrima sticks, powering them up. I ran toward Loki, taking a swing at him with one of my weapons. He dodged my attack, then tried to hit me with his sceptre. I focused on the sceptre, stopping it mid attack with my telekinesis. This gave Steve the chance to throw his shield at the Asgardian again. Loki once again deflected the shield, knocking it onto the ground. Loki then hit Steve with his sceptre, knocking the soldier down again. As Steve went to get up, Loki stopped him by pushing the bottom of his sceptre against Steve's head.

"I said, kneel."

I looked at Steve's shield and used ferrokinesis to throw the shield towards Loki, distracting him. I managed to hit him in the stomach with it, knocking him away from Steve.

"Not today," Steve replied.

All of a sudden, AC/DC's Shoot to Thrill started to play from the Quinjet's PA system. Steve, Loki, and I all looked towards the sky where someone was flying towards us. It was Tony Stark in his fancy Iron Man suit. He shot energy beams at Loki, throwing the Asgardian back a few feet and knocking him on his ass. I scoffed while rolling my eyes and crossing my arms over my chest.

Damn showoff. Making it look easier than it actually was.

Stark then stalked towards Loki, activating all the weapons he could to intimidate him.
