Disclaimer: I don't own Ninjago, just the story and my OC's.
"I guess we are officially done with the project that's due on Monday," Kyara said triumphantly. The school project droup was sitting at the kitchen table in the monastery to finish the assignment.
"That we are," Zeke said.
"Is everyone clear on what part they are presenting?" Sarah asked. Everyone nodded.
"I guess you guys should be going now," Felix said to Kyara, Joseph, and Sarah.
Harper started moving her books off of the table, but ended up dropping one book and some loose papers along with it. She groaned and went down to pick them up.
"Here. Let me help you with that," Joseph said as crouched down with her to help pick them up.
"Thank you," Harper said. "You didn't have to help. It's fine. I mean, I live here anyway."
Joseph gave a little laugh. "I wanted to." Harper and Joseph reached for the book at the same time and their hands touched for a second. Both of them looked away and blushed. Harper took the book and they bolted up. Joseph grabbed his backpack. "I guess that I should get going. See you Monday."
"Yeah. See you Monday." Harper nervously tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. Joseph left with Kyara and Sarah.
Zeke and Felix went to the living room where all of the parents and Juliet were. "So, that was your crush," Mason said. He was leaning against a wall, watching his sister.
Harper quickly turned around. "How long have you been standing there?"
"Not long. I was hiding somewhere that I'm not going to tell you while you were actually working on the project."
"Mason!" Harper whined.
"What? I have to make sure that any guy you like is good enough for you. It's my job as your big brother."
"You know, you're curious about any relationship that I might have, yet you haven't even kissed your girlfriend yet."
Mason paled. "I-I'm just w-waited for the right t-time."
"You two have been dating for seven months. You're passed waiting for the right time. In the words of Sebastian from "The Little Mermaid", 'go on and kiss the girl'."
Mason raised an eyebrow. "So, now you're quoting Disney movies?"
"Hey, 'you're gonna miss the girl'."
"Alright, no more watching "The Little Mermaid" for you, but unfortunately," Mason sighed. "I think you're right."
"You know I'm right."
"I should not be getting relationship advice from my little sister."
"Yet, here we are."
"Let's go to the living room. Everyone's waiting for the prom attendees to walk out, so that they can take pictures."
Harper's eyes lit up. "Yeah! Let's go! I've been dying to see Alex and Rosie's dresses!" The two siblings walked out to the living room to join everyone.
"There you two are," Cole said to his kids.
"We were just talking, dad," Mason said.
"Have they come out yet?" Harper asked.
"No. Not yet," Seliel said.
Justin and Max walked out in their tuxedos.
"Awww. You look so handsome," Nya told her son.
