Long ago there was a foolish witch with a great ambition.

With a dark being, she made a contract to gain the affection of all men. She did not know that her existing powers would be greatly amplified with the necklace of her desire.

The ugly elderly had kept it away with a treacherous plan to use the young witch's greed and ambition against herself. For the woman who birthed the young witch, the torture of betrayal would truly be an entertaining sight. She waited for the chance and found it with the arrival of a petite princess.

The kingdom fell with the death of the red queen. The rebels that abounded turned against each other with no common enemy and a throne to take. Lured by power and greed, they doomed themselves and their people at the hands of the witch's coven who used every trickery for the sake of seeing men suffer.

Yet, not so far away, in a dreary town was a dreary castle where a petite princess lived. She hosted luxurious parties at the expense of the town's taxes and continuously mocked the people. She ruled with debauchery and pleasure with the support of a scarred general who made every effort to gain her heart. There was a time when she would not look at him, heart full of hurt and resentment but the cold seeped into her bones and she clawed for warmth. His warmth. She soon succumbed and they returned to their old ways when servants knew to turn away when both were at close proximity. Not for long did their pleasures bear it's consequences. The petite princess bore many children whom she left to the servants and maids without a name attached to them. A child was no more than a sickness, little parasites who forced their lives in hers. The general cared not for them either, for the petite princess' warmth was enough to fill his life. Luxury, pleasure and a little warmth was the couple's only desire, any more would be disaster and chaos.

And so the people wasted away. The children wasted away too for the petite princess was no mother as she had never lived with one either.

The couple, in their small and narrow world, lived happily ever after.

For several years that is, until their whole family was slaughtered. The people rebelled and razed the dreary castle to ashes. No one wanted to remember the princess and her general - their graves were mere mounds on a hill buried along with their children with no name attached. The people would only ever remember them as such - a petite princess and a general.
