"Sleep Nathan we need to wait till Maria is cured and wake Sophie will tell us where they are and how Maria is going." I wanted to fight but I was growing sleepy. "Not like Sophie gave you a choice she made sure you would fall asleep after she left. That was a sleeping poison mixed with a freeze poison. That's some strong stuff...." I did t hear the rest; everything went black as I fell asleep.

Maria POV

When I woke up it was morning and I was sore all over. I sat up and screamed as I found Luke lying next to me. I jumped out of the bed and looked myself up and down, I wasn't in my armour. I saw Sophie in the corner of the room I ran over to her. She had been beaten badly she had a cut lip her dress was torn and her hair was full of twigs and dirt. "I see your awake Maria very good maybe I can play with you instead of her." I turned around and saw Luke getting out of bed and moving towards me. I stood up straight and skimmed the room looking for something to hit him with. "You won't find anything I made sure the room was cleared of them before you where brought here. I want you be my queen Maria even if I have to make you become my queen." Luke grabbed me and dragged me to bed I kicking and scratching him trying get my arms free.

"Let me go I won't be yours not now not ever!" I screamed as Luke pinned me to the bed.

"Oh but you will my dad rapped you. Know it's my turn; I'll have you scared of me. I'll have Nathan killed if you don't sleep with me Maria." Luke whispered in my ear. He grabbed both my hand with his right hand and moved his left hand up my right leg until he had it high enough to be able to grab my breasts I moved my left leg up. Luke rolled of me was on the floor groaning. I got of the bed and ran straight for Sophie. I grabbed Sophie's arm and pulled her out the door. We ran down a long hall until we reached a window.

"Can you jump this?" I asked Sophie as we looked down. Sophie nodded her head, helped Sophie down as much as I could. Just as I was about to follow her I was grabbed around the wait and I felt a dagger come to my throat.

"I suggest you tell Prince Nathan that I'm holding Maria prisoner and will not let her go. If he wants her he has to come and get her." Luke said to Sophie. I looked at Sophie she didn't move.

"Thank you for that information Luke," I looked behind Sophie and saw Nathan on his horse. I felt safer now knowing that Nathan was there. "I will come and get Maria. I will have her back, she better be unharmed but you." Luke laughed at the comment, Nathan looked furious and was wearing his armour and I could see Sammy in the trees. He was hidden well I don't think Luke saw him; I saw Sammy setting a bow with an arrow. I was ready to move when he was going fire. Sammy was ready but Luke saw him and made me turn to face him.

"Try and kill me I'll kill her and it'll be on your hands Sammy."  Luke said while wrapping his left arm sound waist and keeping the dagger at my throat with his right hand. I tried to pull away but Luke wasn't going to let go of me.  Luke pulled me close and kissed me I tried to pull away but he dug the dagger into my neck which made me open my mouth with pain. This bad me more angry, something flew past ours heads when Luke let me fall to the ground all I saw was blood dripping from throat onto the white dress that I had been put into.

"Maria? Maria are you hurt." it was Nathan, he was so worried about me but I couldn't turn to face him when my throat was cut and bleeding. I heard someone behind me, I tried to get up but I fell back into the person. They lifted me up. It was Nathan; he was looking at Luke with absolute utter hatred.  "You better hope Maria doesn't get a scare or I'll come for you and give you one across you face to match." Nathan jumped out the window with me. When we landed Suzy and Lucy took me from Nathan and carried me towards Sophie who was with Sammy at his feet crying while he stood there with his bow and arrow shaking with anger.

"Sammy don't we have the girls there's nothing else you can do except look after Sophie and treat her well." Nathan said as he approached on his horse. While I had watched Sammy, Suzy had fixed my neck as best she could. "Maria will you ride with me back to camp?"

"Yes but before we go can you ride past Luke's window I have a message I want to give him." Nathan nodded and helped me onto his horse I sat in front of Nathan who wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed the left side of my face. He rode past Luke's window. Luke was standing in his window looking at us as we rode towards him.

"What are you doing Maria you know I'll jump and kill him." he said still holding the dagger.

"As long as I'm with Nathan you will not lay a hand on him or you will risk hurting me." I pointed at my neck. Luke looked away from me and Nathan.

"Leave know before I sent the animals on you." Luke said not looking at me anymore.

"If you attack Lucius, Luke I will kill you and your father and put your heads on the palace walls to let everyone know what I have done for Nathan to be safe." Luke looked at me with horror in his eyes knowing that I would do it.

"Fine but if I get you somewhere that; is not Lucius then your mine and you can't do anything about it apart from fight and hope that Nathan will find you in time before I make you my queen." Luke sneered at me then at Nathan. Nathan pulled me closer.

"It'll be a hard task, Maria won't leave my side and I won't leave her so you'll have a challenge in your hands." Nathan said while riding towards Lucius.
