WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! (chapter 4)

Yes, this one is short. but it was a little harder to write then the others so please tell me what you think.

As Sammy and I walked back into the main part of the palace we didn't talk. When I saw Nathan coming out of his father chambers I turned the other way and walked into the garden, then into my room. I closed the door quietly not wanting to draw attention to the fact that I was trying to avoid Nathan know I was going into battle and mat never be able to see him or be with him because I'm either injuries to a point where I'm not longer suitable for a prince. 

"What's wrong you just avoided me? Have I don't something wrong?" I turned and saw Nathan standing in the door way. He looked worried and he was wearing traditional prince clothes his father must have called a meeting to say who would be coming to battle with me. I was hoping Nathan would but if it was mark that would be okay.

"No everything's fine I just can stand being with you when I know that I may never see you again when I go to battle." Nathan walked over to me and held me close. He kissed my head and squeezed me tighter.

"I will not lose you even if I did I would follow you I need you and I need you to be with me all the time. That's why I'm going to be coming with you to battle in the next day or so." he said squeezing me and kissing my head again.

"Where not leaving in a day or so where leaving in the morning. We need to be ready and hold a strong position away from the city as soon as possible." I said into Nathans chest. He pulled me away from him and made me look at his face. He had that look that made me scared to be in the same room.

"Come with me." he pulled me out of the room. We walked to his room. When we were in his room he locked the door. "Will you sleep with me tonight before us going to battle?" I stood there still, I hadn't thought about sex since we last talked about it. I didn't know what to say or do. I stood there still; I slowly shock my head and turned to look at him. "I'm sorry Nathan it's not right." I unlocked the door and walked out into the hall where mark, Sophie, Lucy, Suzy and Sammy where staring at me with looks of shock and horror.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" it was Sophie she knew how I felt for him. "You love him you've never stopped loving him why did you say no." everyone was looking at Sophie with a look of shock and surprise by her words.

"Because I don't know what I'm doing Sophie I'm not the one to jump into something without analysing it you know that." I looked at Sophie, I started crying and I tried to fall the ground but someone stopped me. The arms where strong and familiar to me.

"Maria I understand I won't ask you again but please coming inside the other servants think where fighting and so do the men." I looked up and saw other people looking at us. I let Nathan carry me into his room he went to the door and told mark, Sophie, Lucy, Suzy and Sammy to leave me and him alone and to get the servants and men not to spread anything about their fight. When Nathan came back into the room I had walked over to the bed and sat down and looked at the floor. Nathan came and sat next to me, he didn't say anything he sat the quietly letting me calm down in the silence. After I had calmed down we didn't speak I sat there thinking. I want to give Nathan what he wants but I don't know what I'm doing. I've never had sex with someone I love; I've done it with men while on missions to help the missions. I'll do it I'll give him what he wants. I turned to face Nathan on the bed he looked at with a smile on his face that made me love him even more. He didn't want to pressure me into anything even though I know he wants lots of things from me. I moved in close to him, I kissed him on the collar bone and moved my way up his neck till I meet his lips. He pulled away before anything happened. "Are you sure you want to this?" I nodded my head.
