Nathan's POV
I could Maria yell my name as Luke jabbed his sword towards me. God he was going to kill me. No I will not leave Maria to this sick bastard! I grabbed hold of Luke's hand and twisted till he dropped his sword, but then he swang his free hand at my face. He hit hard when he wanted something. I hit the ground with a loud CRACK! I felt someone's hand on my face and heard my name but I felt the darkness taking me and I drifted into what felt like sleep.
Maria's POV
"Nathan! Wake up please! Nathan don't you dare die on me I need you Lucius needs you." I felt like I was going to be sick. Then I felt hands wrapped themselves around my arms and started to pull me out the door. I tried to pull away from the hands but I couldn't I continued to look at Nathan as I struggled.
"It's no point Maria your mine and he's dead never to save you again." I heard Luke whisper in my ear. No! No, he wasn't dead he couldn't be dead he promised to come for me!
"Nathan if I die I'm going to kill you in the afterlife you hear me! Keep you promise and save me! Nathan!" I screamed as Luke pulled me closer to him and made me kiss him. I couldn't get away of fight him. People where yelling with anger at me for kissing him. I bit his lip and that made him pull away but not hit me. Dam it hit me your ass whole!
"Nice try but I'm not going to hit that face." Luke leaned forward and kissed my neck then bit it. Aahh!! Luke pulled me out of the ceremony hall and towards the thugs that where helping him. In the group I saw Simon. He was caring something over his shoulder then I saw Lucy.
"You son of a bitch Simon she trusted you! I trusted you! I'm going to kill you along with Luke you just wait!" Simon laughed at my threat. Bug mistake boy I'm going to make you pay with your life!
"Whatever Maria you're a fragile little princess you can't do shit." Simon said walking away with Lucy. I tried to get away from Luke again but he whacked me over the head. And it all went black.
Sammy's POV
"Shit Sophie check on Nathan. Adam gets the men ready for a chase. Suzy get on your horse and follow them take a bird with you and send back messages for us so we can find you." everyone raced around doing as I told them. I ran straight over to where the queen was. She was standing in shock and horror.
"What just happened?!" she yelled at me with all the angry she had in her.
"Luke just kidnapped Maria and hurt your son badly. When he comes to we need to finish the ceremony for him to be king and do so the same when we get Maria back and make her queen. We need to help Nathan first Suzy will follow them to make sure that Maria and Lucy stay safe." I said in a calm tone but I didn't have a calm face by the look on the queens face seemed to be a little scared of me. I turned around and saw Sophie still leaning over Nathan. Nathan wake up don't die we need you, Maria needs you. God Nathan if you die, my sister will kill herself just to kill you in the afterlife.
"Sophie how is he?" Sophie looked at me.
"He'll be fine, he just got knocked out. Hopefully he wakes soon. We need to have this ceremony finished." I nodded and went and looked for Adam. He was standing with captains at the end of the castle.
"Sammy, it was Simon he did all this." Simon, if Maria doesn't kill you I will. "We think we know where they're going but where not sure. Well wait for the letter from Suzy before we make the battle plan. The men will be ready to move at any time." I nodded my head and was about to walk away when I remembered I needed him.
"Adam, get some men and get all those screaming people back into the hall we are finishing this ceremony and making Nathan king as soon as he is awake. Do. It. Know!" they ran around me sending men to get the guest back into the ceremony room. I walked back to Sophie and Nathan; we sat there waiting for him to wake. He moved and we all waited in silence.
