(AN: My mom keeps yelling at me for not being in class 😊 I really don't care enough about French anymore to actually do work though so yeah.)

El, Mack, and Max were now at Max's place, talking about random stuff.

"And so Dustin had apparently fallen asleep on Lucas's arm and Mike was just sitting there waiting to go in." El explained what Mike had told her about the hospital.

"Why aren't Lucas and Dustin dating yet? They're perfect for each other." Max asked.

"But what about Cat? She's so sweet and I don't want Dustin to break her heart." Mack pointed out.

"Cat can find someone else. Maybe a tall guy with curly brown hair who will enter a musical and try to get the lead just to win her back!" Max suggested.

"Why so specific?" El asked.

"Hon, I have a whole show idea for Cat finding someone else. It starts in the High School Musical school. A lady gets out of her car. She's the new drama teacher-" Max started.

"Carlos and EJ are endgame i don't care what y'all say." Mack said.

"What?" El asked, confused.

"Is Cat a singer? I have an idea for a song she should sing. It's about how all she wants is love that lasts." Max said.

"We're getting too off track here. Dustin and Lucas should date." El said.

"I don't think they like each other though." Mack said. El knew Lucas liked Dustin, but she wasn't sure if he liked him back. I mean, he was dating Cat, so why would he like him?

"Enough about those two. What about Mike and Will?" Mack said.

"Those two? Dating? Impossible. Will deserves way better than him." Max said.

"No, they defiantly like each other." El said.

"Yeah, they were always there for each other and want to keep each other safe all the time. Plus, the way they talk and look at each other, there's something going on."  Mack explained.

"I think Richie and Will are in love with each other." Max said.

"They both have boyfriends though." El said.

"Well you guys are saying Mike and Will should be a thing when he has a boyfriend." Max said.

"Well who cares. El, we need to find you a girlfriend." Mack said to El.

"Oh, I don't need a girlfriend. I mean, there is someone I like, but I have no chance with them." El explained.

"Who is it?" Max asked excitedly.

"I'm not telling you." El said.

"Please?" Max gave puppy dog eyes and pouted.

"Fine, uhm, Aubrey Plaza." El lied.

"Same! She's just so pretty." Mack agreed.

"Yeah, I like her too." Max said. She felt a bit sad, almost jealous. She didn't understand why.

Will and Mike ere watching the end of High School Musical 2. They planned to watch all three movies that night. It was about 10:25 p.m., when all of the lights went out.

"What happend?" Will said, standing up.

"I'm not sure. Maybe the power went out or something." Mike said, mimicking his action. Mike opened his phone, only to see how late it was. "Oh my gosh, it's really late."
