The kiss only lasted for a few seconds because Mike pulled away once he realized what he had done. Will looked down at the floor, his face red. Mike quickly stood up and cleared his throat.

"Will, I'm so sorry. I don't know what happend." Mike tried to explain. Both of their hearts were beating super fast.

"You... you kissed me." Will said, still in disbelief.

"I'm really sorry. I don't know why I did that." Mike said, worrying.

"Mike-" Will was interrupted by a knocking at the door. Mike decided to go over and get it before getting yelled at by Will.

"Hey, sorry I was gone so long." Johnathan said, walking inside.

"Uhm, it's okay." Will said, suddenly finding his fingers very interesting.

"I-I think I should go." Mike said nervously as he walked out.

"What happend between you two?" Johnathan asked with a slight chuckle.

"Nothing! I mean, nothing. Nothing happend."

"Okay then. Are you okay?"

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

"Well, first of all, when we were on the phone earlier you just stopped talking. Second, now you acting really frantic."

"It's nothing." Will mentally slapped himself for denying everything.

"Is it... the Mind Flayer?"

"No! I mean, maybe. I'm not sure." Will slumped back on the couch.

"What do you mean I'm not sure?" Johnathan asked, sitting next to his brother.

"I don't know how to explain it, but something is coming." Will looked up at him.

"Do you know what it is?"

"It's like, this thing. I'm not completely sure what it is though. But it wants to hurt us." Somebody then knocked at the door. The boys got up to get it. It was Harry.

"Harry? What are you doing here this late?" Will asked.

"Max called me and told me to make sure you were alright, so I came over here to do so." Harry explained.

"Why would she do that? I'm fine."

"What about the thing?" Johnathan asked.

"What thing?" Harry asked, confused.

"It's complicated." Will didn't want to explain everything to him right now. All of the power suddenly came back on. Will started to get warm.

"Since it's late, do you want to stay here for the night?" Johnathan asked Harry.

"Yeah, sure." Harry agreed. The boys moved out of his way to let him in.
