"El? Hey. Please call me back, I really need to talk to you." Max said. It was for a voicemail for El because she wasn't picking up the phone.

"She's probably busy." Mike said.

"No, really?" Max said sarcastically.

"If you really need to talk to her just go to Hopper's cabin. She's probably there."

"What will I even say? I can't just go up to her door and be like 'Hey so I actually have a huge crush on you and I'm gonna break up with my girlfriend to be with you even though there's no way you like me back. Is that cool?' Oh shit, I have to break up with Mack."

"She might like you back. If you never make a move you'll never know."

"I know, I know. But, you have no idea what it's like."

"Bruh, I was with El and then I realized I liked Will. I had to break up with her. And so I did."

"But Will is still with Harry."

"You literally said he likes me!"

"Well, when people are stressed, they say things they don't mean."

"So he doesn't like me?"

"I don't know, okay? Figure that out yourself."

"Then you figure the situation with El yourself."

"Fine, I will. I'm going to her house. And please, stay here until they let you leave."

"Yeah yeah."

"As much as I hate saying this, you're not that much of an asshole. But you still are one."

"Gee thanks." Mike said. Max got her things together and left the hospital.

"Why the hell am I doing this?" Steve asked.

"Because you just had to fall in love with Nancy." Dustin answered.

"Hey, you liked her to. Lucas told me all about how you would always try to talk to her whenever you had the chance."

"Yeah, I always saw you attempting to flirt with her." Holly chimed in.

"I just don't get how she could resist these pearls." Dustin said.

"I do. Anyways, where do you think they are?" Steve wondered.

"Sewers maybe?" Erica said.

"Eww no, there's poop down there." Holly pointed out.

"Do you want your sister back or not?"

"Not if she's covered in poop!"

"Guys, guys. We'll go down into the sewers first." Steve said. They all reluctantly agreed and looked for the nearest drain. They found one and opened the lid.

"Are you sure this is a good idea? I wouldn't want to disturb the Turtles down there." Holly said.

"What turtles?" Steve asked.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, duh." Dustin said, going down into the sewer.

"Oh, gee, how could I not have known that." Steve said, rolling his eyes. Erica went down next, then Holly, and lastly Steve.

"Which way?" Erica asked.

"Let's go this way." Dustin said, walking towards the North. They all started walking in that direction until they reached a dead end.
