After a couple of hours Rey started to think Ben wasn't coming back. She was right. It had been days since she last saw the mysterious bad boy and needless to say she was worried.
Rey sighed heavily as Ben's phone went to voicemail again. "Hey. It's me again. Call me back. I'm worried." She tried to sound cheerful but after days of trying she was starting to lose hope.
She threw her phone into her bag and slowly walked to class.
The day was dull and she hadn't seen Finn and Poe yet. Fortunately the last class of the day had both of them in it.
"Hey bubs," Poe said when she walked into class. "Why the long face?"
"Lover boy hasn't called back?" asked Finn.
Rey nodded sadly, "I just hope he's ok, ya know?"
"He's Kylo fucking Ren. Commander Ren of the first order if you will. I'm sure he's fine," Poe said.
"He's right," Finn answered. "I've seen the man get up after being shot in the chest three times. Wherever he is I promise he's not dead."
"You're probably right," Rey said and she turned to face the front of the class.
Class was boring as usual. Rey spent most of her time staring out the window. About halfway through class, the door opened. All the heads in the room sprung up from they're desk and stared at who had entered.
It was a police officer and the principal. "Can I speak with Rey please?" The principal asked sweetly.
"What the fuck did you do?" Poe asked in a low whisper.
"I don't know," Rey responded.
"Rey?" The principal said again.
"Um here," Rey said timidly.
"Come with me please dear?" the principal said.
Rey stood up and collected her bags. "I'll call you," she said to the boys.
Once Rey, the officer, and the principal were in the hall, Rey spoke. "Can someone tell me what's happening?"
"Are you Kylo Ren's girlfriend?" The officer asked.
Rey nodded. "Yes, is he okay?"
"He's in the hospital," said the officer. "He was drunk and he got in a speeder crash."
"Oh Stars!" Rey exclaimed, panic level rising.
"He was just admitted. Your number was on the speed dial. His friends told us where to find you," the officer said.
"Can I see him?" Rey asked.
The officer nodded, "I'll take you now."
"Thank you," said Rey.
