"Who were you talking to?" A groggy voice asks me causing me to drop my phone.
I turn around to see a tired Vincenzo yawning. He looks perfect without trying. "Don't worry, it was nothing." I shrug off.
He sits up properly and tilts his head looking at me. "Was it your boyfriend you forgot to break up with?" He asks.
I roll my eyes and crawl towards him. I peck his lips lightly and smile at him. "We're going back tomorrow, right? The day after that then. I should also tell his fiancé; Casey."
I remember saving her number on my phone because I was 100% sure I was going to lose the card. I look down at it and can't help but feel bad for her. "Should I call her?" I ask.
"Don't change the topic from him, Arabella. I don't want you to be hanging around other guys." He informs pulling my back against his chest.
I look up at him and smile. "You're not my boyfriend, though." I trail wanting him to ask me the question that's been on my mind since we made up.
Ever since Vincenzo forgave me we've been acting like a real couple and I absolutely love it.
"So do you want to be my girlfriend?" He asks casually.
Frowning I push away from him and turn to face him. "Would it kill you to be romantic?"
He looks me up with a confused look. "I'm romantic, Arabella. You just never give me an opportunity to be romantic." He protests.
I scoff at his dumb excuse but before I could say something a pillow is thrown towards my direction. "Can you horny kids shut the fuck up?" Luca voice groans. He's standing behind the couch drinking something. Probably tea or coffee since it's in a mug.
"When did you get there?" Vincenzo asks.
"When Arabella was on the phone I didn't want her to know I was awake so I woke you up by hitting your feet so you would distract her." He explains accidentally slamming the glass mug too hard, causing Amelia to start snoring louder. "Oops."
"You heard my conversation, you eavesdropper?"
"Only to what you were saying? So how's Auntie Lynn and when were you planning on telling me?" He questions.
I mentally facepalm myself and avoid looking at Vincenzo. "You have a family? In Italy? And you didn't tell me?" He quizzes me angrily.
"I wanted to be sure before I told you so it wouldn't seem like a waste of time. She could still be lying." I say trying to defend myself.
"You want me to be opening up about my past and things about me but you can't tell me something like this? Then what's the point?" He rants.
"I'm sorry," I mumble.
He gets up and walks into his bedroom slamming the door behind. "Why won't you keep your big ass mouth quiet?" I groan.
He just shrugs casually, walking after Vincenzo. I know that's my job but what could I do? Vincenzo should cool off a bit.

I feel like this chapter was really short. Sorry.
Happy New Years in advance.
I know I said I was changing the book cover next chapter but I decided to push it a bit. I actually like this book cover believe it or not.
