Dipper went back to the Mystery Shack and met his two Grunkles, who were now awake, reading newspapers and drinking coffee in the kitchen.
"Morning Dipper," Ford said with a smile and took a sip of his coffee, "where were you this morning?"
Dipper didn't really want to tell his Grunkles where he went, that would just lead to 'why' and even he didn't have an answer for that.
"Oh- umm, you know," Dipper said, trying to think of something, "I just took a walk in the woods. I needed to let out some steam."
"That's good Dipper, you need to learn to accept what has happened and move on." Ford said as he glared at his twin brother.
Stan rolled his eyes and looked up from his newspaper, "Are you gonna have breakfast Dipper?" he asked.
"No," Dipper said as he shook his head, "I already ate. I'm gonna go to my room now."
"Alright," Ford said, "but don't get comfortable cause we're gonna go school shopping later at noon."
Dipper nodded his head and started for the stairs, "Ok."
As Dipper went up to his room, the two Grunkles looked at each other with worried looks.
"See, I told you he's not fine!" Stan said angrily.
"I know, I know," Ford said back to him, "but he'll have to accept it at some time. But I think I might know something that'll make him feel better."
