Fourteen | Fallen Promise: Erased Memory

DION SCHMITZ

          I woke up in the morning, and look at this beautiful child by my side. I just stared at his face. If ever I have lived before, I can imagine that this child could've been my own son. I slowly get up so that I won't wake him up.

          "Dada" I heard him say as he move and turns back. I guess he's still in dreamland. I went back to stroke his head, and then I went outside to feel the fresh air and fly around the area.

DYLAN FITZPATRICK

          "Babiee? Babiee!? Huhuhuh, where are you? Did you also leave me like mommy and Dada did, huhuhuhuhuh you lied to me, you said you'll just stay by my side, we promised.

          "Good mor- -, what's wrong Dylan? Why are you crying?" My grandma said as she rushed in and cupping my face.

          "Babiee, is gone grandma, she left me too huhuhuh" I said, now I'm crying loud.

          "I'm here darling, there there, it's okay, maybe she was just called to heaven to accomplish something and she'll be back again later" grandma said to me, and then she went to the door and told me to follow her to the dining hall to eat breakfast.

          I followed grandma. My eyes are still swollen and I'm still hiccuping. I know I'm still young, but since a Dada and mommy died, I tried to look strong and independent, so I won't be bullied by anyone.

          I followed grandma to dining hall, and I saw my favorite dishes in the table. I went and hurried to sit down. I saw grandma smile.

          "Slowly my dear, slowly" grandma said because I was eating fast like there's no tomorrow.

          "Grandma, can I go out after?" I asked permission to grandma

          "Yes, sure you can Dylan, you can play outside all you want" as soon as my grandma said that, I smiled.

          I now went outside the house, I'm riding the swing under the tree. I looked up the tree and to the sky, i noticed something up there. And it's slowly getting near me.

          "Dylan!!" She said, I recognized clearly that it was Babiee, she's flapping her wings, and now landing in front of me. I got down the swing, and I rushed to hug her tightly. I thought that she's not coming back anymore.

          "What's wrong, why are you so blue?" She asked..

          "I thought you left me, Babiee... I thought you broke your promise to me" I said, as I was not removing my arms wrapping around her. I looked up to her and gave out a bright smile.

          "Let's go! You said you'd bring me somewhere" Babiee said.

NATHAN

          I went back to the house Dion stayed before. I felt that she's going to return here. I know it, she will definitely go back here.

          I flew over to view the scenery of the garden. I saw a lady and red, holding a young kid. I guess their family. I just flew to another place and stayed there. Under the tree, I slept for a moment.

DION SCHMITZ

          "This is the place, Babiee" Dylan said.

          "I've been here already, Dylan, this is the place where I stayed" I told him.

          "Oh, really wow, that's why it is beautiful here, an angel is taking care of this place" he complimented me.

          We played, hide and seek, peek a boo, and tag all day long. I can see that this child doesn't run out of energy. I felt so very happy.
