Jeonghan's POV

I got ready for school and hurried to go to Y/N's house to tell her we'll go together.

But when I opened the door, I saw a letter on my doorstep.

I realized that the letter was from Y/N since there was a picture pinned in it.

"Hey. Remember when you went to my house and brought me breakfast though you still don't know me? I'm sorry I was rude. I mean, who cares if I am. I can be rude to you all the time you punk!"

I laughed at the letter's content. I thought she's going to thank me. What would I do with this girl really.

"Hey Jeonghan"

I averted my gaze towards the gate and saw Y/N wearing her uniform with her hair in double braid. She looks so cute. She's waving her hand roughly while giving off her gummy smile.

"What did you do to your hair? And what's with the letter?"- I asked when I was already near her.

"The letter? No reason. Do I look weird?"- she said

I just shrugged and walked passed her.

Soon enough I felt a hand tugging my sleeves.

"Do I really look weird? I mean, sure I'm insane but I don't look that weird"- Y/N said still tugging my sleeves.

"You look good. I mean, yeah"- I said all shy and looked away

I heard a chuckle as soon as I looked away.

"Stop getting all flustered I might think that you like me"- she said before patting my shoulder lightly and walked away.

"I do"- I mumbled not wanting Y/N to hear it.

"Hey come on. We'll be late"- she said

Last subject finished and I immediately went out to go to Y/N's room since we don't have the same schedule for today.

"Oh Jeonghan, why are you here?"- Jun asked me.

He's one of Joshua and Seungcheol's friend.

"I'm here for Y/N"- I answered

"Oh. She left in a hurry I guess that was 5 minutes ago"- he said

"Is that so, okay. Thanks Jun"- I said and left

Did she went home?

I walked towards the gate seeing Y/N running towards a shop. I was about to run after her but I saw her walking out of it.

"Hey Y/N"- I called her

She looked at me and smiled before running towards me.

"Hey."- she said

"I told you I'll go to your room after my class. Why did you run off!"- I whined

"Sorry. The owner of the shop called me saying that they finished the bracelet"- she said and got something from her bag.

"Here"- she said and grabbed my wrist before putting the bracelet on it.

I looked at her and at the bracelet. My name is engraved in it.

She lift her wrist and saw the same bracelet as mine but her name is in it. I grabbed her and removed the bracelet from her wrist and exchanged it with mine.

"Why? Don't you like yours?"- she asked looking at me putting the bracelet with my name on her wrist.

"I love it. But, keep my name and I will keep yours"- I said and smiled at her

She immediately looked away but I can see her blushing.

"You look so flustered"- I teased

"Shut up"- she said and turned to me.

I smirked at her and pat her head.

"But why though?"-I asked again

"Just to show you how sentimental I am"- she answered and walked away.

I walked up to her and grabbed her hand before running.

"Hey! What are you doing?"- she said running cause I'm holding her hand.

I just kept quiet and ran faster with Y/N following me.

Soon we arrived at the park and I walked towards the swing with me holding Y/N's hand.

"Why'd you brought me here?"- she said as I made her sit at the swing.

"Just because."- I said while pushing her lightly.

"I've only been in a park once"- she said suddenly

I looked at her and saw her looking up at me.

"I went to one with Minghao. He just, grabbed my hands and dragged me. Like you did"- she said slightly smiling but it's a sad smile

"You two sure are close"- I said

"He's the only friend I have"- she said

"Where's he though? Are you two still talking?"- I asked

"No. He thinks I'm a murderer. I mean, back to the days. When my mom was killed by my stepfather. Some of the people from where we lived before accused me of killing my own mother, some of them including Minghao."- she said with a slight tear on her cheeks.

"I'm sorry"- I said

"Isn't it funny, they accused me of being a murderer though I'm not and after two years, here I am, going around at night like a psychopath killing whoever I see smiling"- she said in pain and tears keeps rolling down her face.

"My mom was the only one who loved me, then she left"- she said chuckling bitterly while wiping her tears.

Just now, she looks so vulnerable. I hate it.

I moved in front of her and hugged her. She hugged me back and cried.

"I'm here. I won't leave Y/N. I love you"- I whispered

I felt her froze and pulled away. I can see her shocked and not knowing what to say.

"You don't have to answer it now. Let me just love you Y/N"- I said tucking some of her hair behind her ears.

She just hugged me again and I hugged her back. That's when I thought that everything's going to be fine.
