AN; trigger warning for panic attacks and a very very minor trigger warning for unintentional self-harm. I put bolder hyphens before and after these events happen so you can skip them if you feel the need to

Falling onto the bed he was greeted with the concerned maskless face of Fundy.

"What happened? Did the com glitch cause it says that Tubo killed you but that can't be right,"

He saw Fundy's concern turn to a look of understanding before he felt the tears begin to run down his face. He struggled slightly with finding his words through his heavy sobs but eventually gave up.

Fundy pulled him into a hug which only made him sob harder. The normally soft red woolen blanket was coarse against his skin. The dread that had been growing in the back of his mind had been true and god he wished it wasn't.

Was he too loud, Did he talk too much, Tubbo did say it straight up that he talked too much. He just didn't understand were they upset that he had talked over them. Tubbo was his everything and having them betray him was his literal worse nightmare. Tommy was confused and scared and felt alone aside from the taller man currently sitting next to him on the bed and holding him as he cried.

How was he supposed to live without Tubbo there, he asked himself. To him, reminders of Tubbo were everywhere. Tubbo was the color green, bees, and a high pitched laugh that was like ice cream on a hot day, sweet and refreshing, and everything that Tommy loved.

When Wilbur walked into the tent only Fundy noticed, however, when he motioned for Fundy to leave Tommy noticed only because the thinner arms and smaller chest were replaced by thicker arms and a wider chest, and instead of Fundy's circles that he would draw with his thumb against the back of his shoulder blades was replaced with the deep voice of Wilbur telling him it wasn't his fault and how it would all be okay it would just take some time. He didn't believe him.

"I have to address our people, you don't have to come with me but if you'd like you can," Wilbur said after a while.

Tommy nodded slowly before motioning up to his neck. He didn't want it exposed, he felt like it was a weakness and he wanted to cover any possible weaknesses he had. After some struggle Wilbur understood but it was like playing charades with a drunken bear until Tommy sighed and opened his com to send a message to only Wilbur asking for a scarf or something of that nature.

"I believe I have a winter scarf that Niki made me it's in one of the chests in the hot dog van so I'd have to leave you to go grab it, is that okay?" Wilbur asked and Tommy nodded to him. Wilbur left the tent in a hurry to search for the scarf. Tommy eventually stood from the bed popping his joints as he did before rifling through his notes on his com to see where he had written down the coordinates for Tubbo's clearing. He wanted to just go and sit but he had to wait for Wilbur to address the others.

When Wilbur came back into the tent with a long thick yellow woolen scarf Tommy smiled to him before sending him a thank you in the private chat. Tommy wrapped the yellow scarf across his neck making sure it covered his entire neck plus some and even then twice wrapping it to be sure. The scarf was long enough that even with Tommy's less than precise wrapping the ends still hung down slightly across his chest.

With Wilbur motioning him to follow him they left the tent. Tommy was immediately greeted with the frightening realization that everything in L'manberg reminded him of Tubbo. The walls a striking bee like pattern and Tommy quickly looked down towards the floor to avoid crying once more. he wanted to run back to his tent to hide from the world. He instead settled in just hiding in the thick yellow scarf that hung around his neck and the lower part of his face.
