Wilbur stood by the gates of L'Manberg. A small notification noise had awaken him from his much needed slumber. Tubbo had finally gotten the discs.
He knew he should be happy that Tubbo got the discs. That meant Tubbo's mission was over which meant he could come back to being in L'Manberg. Tommy would start talking again. Tommy would start talking again.
It's not that he doesn't love Tommy, he's like a little brother to him but his silence has resulted in more work being finished than ever before. There were very few interruptions and what interruptions there were were from Niki wanting to train.
Shaking himself out of his thoughts he saw the small silhouette of a hooded figure approaching. The figure was walking slowly and if it weren't nearly three in the morning Wilbur would've shouted at them to hurry it up. The silhouette finally nears enough for it to be recognizable as Tubbo. He was worried that it wasn't despite the fact that it probably wouldn't be anyone else. He knew he was paranoid but the sinking feeling of being watched and the fact that he was the president of L'Manberg often only justified his paranoia and anxiety.
Tubbo stood just a few feet in front of Wilbur. He unhooked his Backpack from his back and pulled it open revealing a small brown leather bound journal. Tossing the book to Wilbur before once again reaching into his bag. He grabbed the two discs and placed the discs onto the ground in between the two.
"Are you returning then?"
"It depends, Dream doesn't know that I'm not on his side so I should probably stick around a bit longer, it'd be to discover his plans and attacks against L'Manberg,"
"Then I suppose I must thank you for your duty in bringing back the discs, but I also must tell you that Tommy isn't doing well, he's gone fully mute, he's started wearing large scarfs since you betrayed him, he's not the Tommy we knew anymore,"
"People change over time, I know it hurts for him but it hurts for me too, if I could end the war right now I would but that's just not possible is it,"
A twig snapped to the left of Tubbo and both men quickly snapped there heads in the direction of the noise. In the shadows of the path in the long grass Dream was crouched a snapped stick in his hands. Dream slowly stood up and walked forward towards them both.
Wilbur was quick to make note that for once his paranoia was right and Tubbo was taking note of what he was wearing. Dream wasn't wearing any armor, not even his mask, but then again none of them were. Dream however did have his netherite sword on him luckily still sheathed but if it came to a fight Tubbo wasn't likely to win even with Wilbur's help.
A/N okay so I got a few ideas for the next story as I said before it won't be a sequel but it will still be good. Depending on how these ideas develop over the next couple days will really determine how likely each one is to turn into the next book. Some of these ideas are A book about Tommy (maybe Ranboo too) being exiled and then running away for a long period of time, A book focused on the Antarctic Empire (SBI), A book specifically about Ranboo fighting with his memory loss, and many more. Please tell me you thoughts in the comments and as always if you see any grammatical mistakes or spelling errors please comment so I can fix them!!
