Preparing for the beach day, Amanda navigates her room, swiftly packing essentials into her beach bag. Although she has a love-hate relationship with the beach—disliking the effects of saltwater on her hair and skin—she's eager for the day's activities. With freshly done hair, her main objective is clear: "don't get your hair wet." Satisfied with her packing, she heads towards the door, ensuring a quick glance in her full-sized mirror. Spotting a wardrobe malfunction, she expertly adjusts her scrunched-up cover-up, determined to present her best self at the beach.
She was now on her way to meet up with Superboy, "What's up." she greets with a smile and her beach bag in hand.
"Do you really need the hat?" he asks her, he thought she looked ridiculous, her bathing suit and knitted cover-up were fine but felt that the oversized sun hat was overkill.

"The sun is no joke." she began, "It's damaging your skin and makes you look old." she explains to him, checking to see if her facial sunscreen was rubbed in all the way. The sun was no joke, it tanned her skin and the last thing she wanted to do was shop for new makeup.
"We're gonna have fun." she assures the boy, "Your gonna be able to see M'gann in a bikini." she beams, she knew about their unspoken love for each other it was obvious especially if the three were constantly together.
She looked back to see his face grow red from embarrassment, and almost every reaction led back to anger. "Relax. I'm just teasing." she laughs she had to get the boy back for calling her hat ugly.
The pair were on their way to meet with everyone else, Amanda laughing as she and Superboy find everyone else, "What's so funny?" Robin questions, wanting to know why the girl was practically in hysterics.
"Her hat." Superboy grumbles insulting the hat, which she clearly doesn't appreciate and refuses to let slide.
"No, I was laughing at when he gets so mad and starts growling like a dog," she laughs again. M'gann, despite some fleeting jealousy, appreciates the close friendship between Amanda and Superboy. Quickly pushing aside those thoughts, Amanda walks up beside M'gann, ready to enjoy the beach day with the team.
