Nate's POV
Well today is my first day of my last year of high school.
I'm honestly ready!
I went throughout the house trying to wake the guys up.
I finally got in the middle of the living room, "EVERYONE GET YOUR LAZY BUTTS UP! TIME TO GET READY FOR SCHOOL!!!"
After that I started to hear moans and groans.
Once everyone was finally awake and eating I decided to take a shower and get ready.
I got dressed and went down stairs to talk to the guys.
"So what exactly is Westside like?"
Sammy laughed, "It's just like any other high school."
Laurel's POV
The girls and I got ready pretty quick so that we could do our usual first day tradition.
See our first day tradition was going to the cafe downtown and having breakfast and then to Starbucks and then off to school.
We've been doing it since eighth grade.
"Alright girls get your lazy asses to the car!"
Once they piled in the car I got in.
Nate's POV
Once we decided that Gilinsky, Mike and Johnson were riding in Johnson's car and Sammy, John and I were taking mine, we were off to school.
While on our way to school I asked Sammy about what exactly goes on on the first day.
"Well we all go to the gym and the administrators will give us our student ids, schedules and lockers and then we will have 30 minutes to find our lockers and get to our first class."
"Sounds easy."
I pulled into the school parking lot and found a parking space in senior parking.
Time to get this day started.
The guys and I walked into the gym and met up with the girls.
We all sat down and listened to what the administrators had to say and then we picked up our schedules, locker numbers, locker combinations and student IDs.
We all started comparing schedules.
"Well it looks like we all have lunch and study hall together."
Sammy took my schedule, "Man me and you have the same classes!"
"Sweet!"
We got our book bags and went to find our lockers.
All of our lockers were pretty close to each other.
The bell rang signaling that it was time to get to our first class.
Fast forward to Lunch
I was so freaking hungry!
We all met at the cafeteria doors and went and sat our stuff at a table and went to get our food.
Laurel hasn't said a word to me all day....
Last period was art and she was in my class.
She sat at my table but didn't say a word to me.
She mainly talked to Sammy.
I got my food and went and sat down at the table.
Everyone was talking about their classes.
I really want Laurel to talk to me.
I'm tired of this awkward crap.
"So Laurel what do you think about our first assignment in Art?"
She looked at me, kind of surprised that I was talking to her, then back at her food, "It's alright."
Everyone got a little quiet.
I think they were surprised that she talked to me.
We finished our lunch and talked a little bit more about our classes and then we were off to study hall.
Study Hall was in a huge room connected to the Library and there was no teacher.
We had to use our students ids to get into the room.
Gilinsky's POV
Something is going on between Laurel and Nate.
He hasn't said anything and he won't tell us what the hell happened the other night.
I intend on finding out what the fuck happened.
I went and sat beside Cara.
If anyone knows whats going on it would be Cara.
"Hey G, what's up?"
"I wanna know what happened between Laurel and Nate the other night...."
She gave me a kind of scared look, "It's not my place to really tell her business..."
"Dammit Cara! Just tell me!"
"Fine but not here."
She got up and went into the library.
I followed behind.
She walked down a long isle of books.
I grabbed her by her arm, "Okay this is far enough. Now tell me."
She yanked her arm away, "Okay damn. The other night Laurel and Nate had sex and then they got into a fight. That's all I know. She wouldn't tell what the fight was about."
After she told me that I looked out the corner of my eye and saw Nate walking down the same isle.
Nate's POV
I walked into the library and down an isle to look at a book for art.
Who assigns a report on the first day?
I walked down an isle and saw Cara and Gilinsky talking.
Gilinsky looked pretty pissed.
He started walking towards me.
Out of no where he slams me up against a shelf of books.
"You need to leave Laurel the fuck alone!"
"What are you talking about? I haven't done anything to her."
"Don't fucking play stupid! Leave her the fuck alone or I'll beat your ass!"
Then he punched me right in to stomach.
I fell to the ground and he walked off.
Cara came running over, "Oh my God Nate are you okay?"
I grabbed my stomach in pain, "What's his problem?"
