Tamaki's POV - Monday - Class 2-A
According to Haruhi and the twins, Ari-chan didn't come into school today. It made sense, she was just in the hospital. Her injuries weren't too serious, so I'm not sure why her parents kept her home. Perhaps just to make sure she was okay.
I wonder how today will go with Ariana being absent all. I honestly didn't think Kaoru would be able to keep her around this long. I mean, sure, he's a host but him and his brother don't really flirt with the girls in the club room, just each other. At this point, it's almost like those two are soulmates. They fell in love so quickly and haven't really gotten into a fight. I'm convinced nothing can break them up. I guess except for may-
"Suoh-kun!" The teacher called my name.
I was pulled out of my thoughts and looked at the teacher, "Yes?"
"Pay attention! Your day dreams can wait for later."
"But teacher, I was just thinking about your wondrous teaching style and how you've taught me so much!"
"O-oh... well, you still shouldn't be distracted in class... s-so... pay attention."
"Sure thing sensei." I smiled softly and she continued with the lesson.

Kaoru's POV - Class 1-A
Ariana was absent. I knew she would be, she messaged me this morning, yet, I still felt super bummed about it. I guess that's just the consequences of love... Being without that special someone leaves you quite empty, no matter how much you prepare for them not being around.
I sunk down into my seat, putting my elbow on my desk, and resting my chin on my hand. I wished that time would go by faster, but every second of the class dragged on until the next.
I sighed, my mind wandering into the past. Last night in fact. I was so worried about Ariana...
'"Kaoru, just calm down, okay?" my brother told me, "She'll be fine," but I wouldn't listen. The thought of Ariana not being okay pecked at me like a nasty mosquito. No matter how much I swatted it away, it always came back for another try.
"But what if she's not okay?" I started to pace, thinking of a list of reasons why she wouldn't be okay. My brain went down the list until it was 10 ways long and then 20 and then 30 and then-
"She's fine, Kaoru!" Hikaru stated, "Her injuries were only minor. Stop being dramatic."
I stopped pacing and stared at Hikaru. 'Dramatic? Was it dramatic to think of a 35 long list of ways your girlfriend wasn't okay? I mean, she was in a car crash, but maybe he was right...'
"Could you die from a few scrapes?"
"If-if it gets infect-" I stumbled on my words.
"That's not the point." Hikaru quickly stopped me, "Ariana's careful. She's not stupid enough to get her injuries infected. So can you stop worrying?"
I sighed and nodded.'
'She's careful. Ari's careful.' I repeated Hikaru's words to myself to calm my fast beating heart. I took a deep breath in for 3 seconds before letting it out for another 3 seconds.
Hikaru was right, Ariana was fine... besides, the accident wasn't that bad. We were told she had fallen unconscious due to shock and nothing more...
So then she was fine. End of story. Except what if she wasn't fine? What if she was in a lot of pain from her injury? What if she fell down the stairs or slipped and hit her head?
