A boy in a green jacket stood in front of the daunting school, he seemed completely baffled by the size of it.
???: I guess I'll be spending the next three years here huh?
He laughed nervously to himself before reluctantly heading inside.

The boy now stood in the halls with his fellow students, during orientation he was told to get his schedule, after that... He had no clue...
???: Yo! Makoto!
The boy turned see someone he met in orientation, his... Uh... Friend? Leon Kuwata.
Makoto: Oh, hey Leon, what's up?
Leon: Not much, quite the line up though eh? Soldiers, programmers and even a robot! This place is nuts man!
Makoto: Is that right?
Makoto couldn't help but think to himself about his mundane and worthless talent... Luck.
Makoto: Hey Leon? I remember reading about some people who were gonna be here... Do you know anything about the Ultimate Apprentice Scholar?
Leon: Scholar? Like a really smart guy? Nah man, never heard of anyone like that.
Makoto: Hmm...
Leon: Hey, i also heard there's some mage chick... Wanna look for her?
Makoto: Well... I guess it wouldn't hurt to meet our classmates...
Leon: Great! C'mon let's go!
Leon grabbed Makoto by the wrist and pulled him off towards a group of people.
Leon: 'scuse us but have any of you seen the girl who claims to know magic?
They looked around, but had nothing to give them in regards to this magic girl.
That's when the door to the gym opened.
Someone with a comically large hat came in, it was covering their entire head, matching with the robes they wore.
They took a few steps forward into room, perfectly navigating through various people despite their eyes being covered.
Makoto planned to stay back and let them past, until Leon decided to brave it out.
Leon: Yo! Hat guy!
The boy in the hat stopped dead in his tracks, slowly turning his head to face Leon with an icey stare through his the brim of his hat.
Leon: You that mage chick or what?
Makoto: Leon! What are you doing!
Leon: I'm just making sure that's her or not.
The boy in the hat turned his body slowly and faced Leon, he slowly began to walk to him, though he wasn't exactly built he was intimidating regardless, the hat boy soon stood face to 'face' with leon.
Leon: That a no or?
Hat Boy:...
Leon: Look man I just wanna know if you're that mage chick already-
???: That's me you're talking about.
Leon looked next to himself to see a a small 4'11 girl in a hat similar to the other guys, she looks... Young, really young, maybe she just hasn't hit a growth spurt yet.
Leon: You're the Ultimate Mage?
???: Nyeh! That's right! I'm Himiko Yumeno, The Ultimate Mage!
Leon: Sick! So what can you do?
