Finally, they're done, the gloves color is done, it took long enough to make this alone, but with the chimes too? Don't even ask...

But it's all done now, just in time too.

I leaned back in my chair and stretched my arms back, I glanced at my clock with my one opened eye, it's getting late, I should sleep earlier today, I wonder how Agni's doing-

*Knock Knock Knock*

"You may enter."

My door opened and in walked shuichi.

"Oh, it's you, what's up?"

Shuichi: Where'd your formalities go?

"You already know I fake it, so why bother acting it out when it's only you and me."

Shuichi: That's... Fair, anyways, I came here to remind about the-

"Yeah yeah, I know, you act like I didn't organise the damn thing."

Shuichi: Just giving you a friendly reminder.

"Yeah i- I know, thanks Shuichi, for putting up with my uh... Attitude."

Shuichi: It's alright Y/N, it's nice to see who you really are.

Wait, something...

"First time I've seen you without your hat."

Shuichi: Huh? Oh no, I must've misplaced it...

"Don't even sweat it, here."

I reached into my desk, pulled a black cloth and tapped it with my staff, a flash of light fill the room and what was there was a perfect copy of Shuichi's hat.

Shuichi: How did you find it?

"Find it? I made you a new one."

Shuichi: Hmm... Are sure you didn't just-

"I'm a wizard, a scholar and mage, I can do way more mystical things than make a hat that already exists."

Shuichi: Okay! I believe you.

"Tenko's with Himiko right now, right?"

Shuichi: Angie too, they're celebrating at midnight.

"I hope they don't stay up too late, otherwise I'll have a sleepy apprentice tomorrow."

I grabbed Shuichi's hat by the brim and threw it at him, he threw his hands up to defend himself, I used my magic to make it land on him head.

Shuichi: Ah, well... I should get out of your hair.

"See ya."

Shuichi left without another word, I turned my lamp off, stood up, and fell onto my bed.

"You're gonna be fine, you'll be fine, you've been alone with her for extended amounts of time before, it's gonna be fine... Yeah right."

*Knock knock knock*

My lab door opened and in walked Himiko, she sighed heavily and made her way over to my desk.

Himiko: Master... Mana drained...

"Tired?"

She pulled up a chair and sat down in front of me, she laid her head on the desk and lazily nodded.
