Peter's POV

I was about to head home, before the Captain America and Winter Soldier showed up. Great, I thought. This will end well.

"Hello, Spiderman." Cap told me.

"Hey guys! Never thought I'd meet you in person! I'm a big fan." I replied, trying to keep my cool. I didn't like my chances against a trained assassin and a shield wielding super soldier.

"Look, we just want to talk. Let's do it peacefully, ok?" The Winter Soldier asked me. The way he said it told me I didn't have much choice.

"You can come with us, no violence needed. Or... we'll make you." Cap proposed. "Either way, we need to turn you in."

"Guys, I'm being framed. Come on, you should know how that feels Mr Winter Soldier. Just let me go... please." I tried arguing. I had to make them see sense.

Mr Winter Soldier shifted uneasily, before saying, "Ok, look. There's going to be a court case after we turn you in. If you're innocent, you can just argue your way out of it."

I considered. A court case. No thanks.

"Err... well, nah. Not really my thing. Plus, I'd need a lawyer, and until I can figure out whose framing me, it'd be pointless."

Mr Cap looked frustrated, and Mr Winter Soldier sighed. He put his hand in the air.
"Sorry," was all Cap said.

My Spidey sense tingled, and I sensed the arrow zooming towards me before I even saw it. I ducked, as the arrow shot past my head, pinning itself on the wall behind me.

"Dude! You were going to shoot me! That's low." I told them.

Cap threw his shield, but before it could hit me, I caught it.

Then, the Black widow and Hawkeye jumped in. Before I could marvel at the fact that I was meeting my heroes, even if they were trying to attack me, Mrs Widow threw a punch at my face making me stumble.

Iron Man flew in, a blaster aimed at me, ready to make me poof into oblivion.

I was surrounded. "Guys! Come on! That's one against five!" I yelled.

"Not to late to avoid the violence," Hawkeye offered.

Well, I think kicking Mrs Widow and throwing Caps shield at Mr Soldier answered well enough. "Sorry!" I hastily told them. To be fair, they were trying to capture me.

Turns out Mr Stark doesn't play nice with others. He shot at me, and I narrowly missed.

Web them up, I thought, since I didn't want to hurt them.

Hawkeye let an arrow loose, and it sailed past me ear, slightly grazing it. Mr Soldier and Mrs Widow tried hand to hand combat. I shot some webs at Mr Soldier, pinning his arm down, but as quickly as I did it, Cap used his shield to cut it off.

Iron Man was watching, seemingly amused.

Mrs Widow managed to kick me to the ground, and the others surrounded me.

I was trapped.

I was down on my back, Mrs Widow holding a knife pointed towards me. The rest had closed in a bit too much for my liking, and were all wielding weapons, other than Mr Soldier, who had a metal arm.

"You're coming with us. Last chance. Or we'll tranquilise you." Mr Stark ordered. I tried desperately thinking of a way out.

Play along, I decided.

"Ok... ok... I'll come." I said, feigning defeat.

Iron Man put away his blasters, but Black Widow kept her gun, and Hawkeye still had his arrow knocked, though he seemed less tense. I managed to stand, my hands in the air.

"Alright... we're going to hand you over to the authorities. You can plea your case with them."

Sighing, I decided to go with it until I found the right chance to slip away.

Mr Stark spoke into his suit, but I could tell he was calling for some sort of transport to take us back. Within a couple of miniutes, the buzzing of a flying machine, the size of my apartment, came into view.

"Just fantastic," I murmured.

Mrs Widow, Mr Stark and Cap were all in front of me. Mr Hawkeye stood closer to my right. Behind me, the Winter Soldier stood, ready to make sure I didn't run of.

Now or never, I thought.

As we were about to board the machine, I turned around and punched Mr Soldier so fast he didn't have time to react. It only fazed him, but before the others could realise what was going on, I yeeted to the next building and out of sight, yelling a quick apology to Mr Soldier.

----------Time Skip----------

I was using an ice pack to try soothing one of the punches Mrs Widow landed on my face. I wasn't really that mad at them. They were only doing thier job, but I was seriously annoyed at the guy (or girl) framing me.

My phone started ringing, and I picked it up. It was Ned.

"Hey man! You'll never believe what just went down. The Avengers showed up and they were all attacking me and then-"

"What! OK, one, I know they were attacking you and all, but you got to meet the Avengers!"

"Yeah, well it's hard to appreciate it when they're trying to capture me. I just about got away."

"Ok, but I need to tell you something. I was trying to figure out who was framing you, and I think I found a lead on who they might be."

My eyes widened.

"What! Seriously! Dude, that's awesome!"

"Yeah, I know. I'll tell you tommorow. I need to go. I'll see you at Pizzaria."

"Making me wait till tommorow is payback for being Spiderman even after you told me not too, isn't it."

"... Well, yes. But you could've gotten hurt. You're lucky I'm not telling MJ!"

Before I could protest, he hung up. I really didn't want to wait till tommorow, but I guess I'd just have to. Then I could find out who was framing me.

Hey guys!

Sorry for the late update. This took a while to actually publish.

Are you guys Team Cap or Team Iron Man?

I'm Team Iron Natasha. (I think both of the others handled the situation terribly and Nat was using her brain.)

Anyways, enjoy the rest of the story!

:)
