"and this," nick fury said, handing a picture of you to the trio. "is our number one priority right now. the name is y/n l/n, they've been getting to the hydra bases before us." "isn't that good though? a little weight off of our shoulders?" sam asked, natasha and steve staying quiet. "the issue is, they're stealing classified information after, which we need." he replied, sam nodding in understanding. "we suspect that they'll be at this hydra base tomorrow. you are in charge of getting the upper hand and capturing them." nick said, pointing to the map with a few pinpointed hydra bases on it. "no offense director fury, but are we really the ones to deal with this? they seem pretty harmless, to shield at least." steve asked. "they've taken down all of my best men and women already. including barton." steve's jaw clenched and natasha sighed. "the strange thing, is that they haven't killed any of them. even though they had a damn good chance to." with that, the team stayed silent until nick spoke again.
"well? pack your bags. you leave tonight."
