you rushed through the halls of stark tower, in your upmost formal outfit for the celebratory stark gala for saving the world, again. you finally found sam, running up to him. "i love you too!!" you yelled, finally making it just in front of him. sam smiled at you as you regained your breath. "excuse me?" he teased, looking you in the eyes. "steve told me," you said, panting in between words. "you were in love with me." you paused and smiled at the brown-eyed man. "he's a really bad liar." sam laughed. "i thought you knew that. well, y/n. i'm in love you."
"well, sam wilson. i'm in love with you, too."
