Note from the Editors
The following text files pertain to Coral Kondo and Roger Orlov, two individuals with demonstrable ties to TARN Defense Industries through Mr. Orlov's mother, Svetlana Orlov, an independent contractor working for TARN. Additionally, in this section we have included a Top Secret dossier on Ms. Kondo which appears to have been prepared by agents from the above-mentioned Department of Homeland Security's Protecting American Communities Teams, or "Wolf PACTs".
The stated mission of these PACTs is to prevent the destruction of assets within American cities. With that in mind, we sought clarification from the DHS Undersecretary for Press Relations as to how monitoring Ms. Kondo fell within their purview. At the time of this writing we have yet to receive a reply.
While neither Ms. Kondo or Mr. Orlov is mentioned in the course of the main investigation conducted by Sean O'Connor and Brandon Jones, they do appear several times throughout the large document cache provided to the TARN Justice Project by our anonymous source. While it is not readily clear from the documents how Ms. Kondo and Mr. Orlov fit into The TARN Conspiracy as presented by Sean and Brandon, the documents below do point to their having at minimum a tangential relationship to Ray Abramov. As such, we have chosen to abstain from drawing any conclusions about these individuals, opting instead to leave you, the reader, to judge the text on your own.
Although portions of the text message streams contain both spelling, and grammatical errors, they were left unchanged from the original so as to preserve the original state in which it was provided to us.
