Song above is just for me to listen to because I'm bored. Lol
Also, I might make you cry in the second real chapter. Please tell me if I do, because that's what I want. Suffer!
Alright, before we start the story, I have some things to say.
This is a rewrite of the other version of this on my account, and I am changing some drastic things.
1- Deku will NOT be getting the Pyrokinesis.
I have decided on this because it's just making him too OP no matter what I do, along with the healing fire I gave him. It didn't even have any drawbacks! And that's why I'm getting rid of it.
2- One For All will work differently.
Instead of it giving him just a strength enhancing ability, it will enhance his Spider quirk instead. And since he has the abilities of a Spider, he will have the proportional strength of a Spider. So, he'd be pretty horribly strong. The calculated grip of the jumping spider is that it can hold 170 times the spider's own body weight before coming unstuck. Meaning, a human with jumping spider strength could use their hands and feet to hold 170 TIMES their weight. A 150 pound person then could hold 25,000 pounds.
And One For All will times that by 30 when used at 100%. That's 765,000 pounds! But he won't be able to use One For All like he does in the anime (latest episode basically) until after he goes with Gran Torino, so don't count on him being THAT OP yet.
But it's still PRETTY BLOODY OP.
And now you have THAT reason.
3- Bakugo will have a reason to be mean, and it will happen later in the story.
I want a nice Kacchan sub-plot in this, where Bakugo is nice at first but then discovers something about Deku or something happens to ruin their friendship, and then Midoriya has to try and fix their relationship and- I JUST HAD AN IDEA ON WHEN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WOULD BE FIXED! Sorry, I had to say that but like.. You get the idea.
4- I'm not gonna rush the IzuOcha.
The ship in this story is a sub-plot, not the main plot, so I don't want to rush it. I want to develop their relationship first and THEN, somewhere at the end, get them together.
5- The Spider Quirk will have different aspects, almost like Miles in Into The Spider-Verse.
Those powers will be introduced later in the story, but I will list them now.
- Bio-electric energy threads produced from fingers, from Into The Spider-Verse
- Spider Venom. He can create a venom that he can splash on his enemies to make them hallucinate and be paralysed, like a woman who was bit by a Brown Recluse Spider in America. Limited use. Makes him dehydrated if used too much.
Wrist Blade- A blade that comes out of his wrists.
Spidisperse- He can disperse into small spiders. (Cringe name lol)
- Superhuman strength (he can lift 170 times his weight, also a lot of power into his punches.)
- Speed and agility (unnatural flexibility, around the same speed as Iida)
- Ability to cling to solid surfaces with his hands and feet.
- Camouflage (invisibility/ability to fully blend in with the background)
- Precognitive Spider-Sense (he can sense things a few seconds before they happen, can be extended to a few hours before, but weaker, like a gut feeling)
- Web-holes to shoot webbing from wrists.
- Exoskeleton. He can form a hard, black, green and red bone-like exoskeleton around himself like a spider has an exoskeleton instead of bones. Of course, he still has his bones.
- He can hold his breath for 10 minutes because spiders have an extremely low metabolic rate and thus a very low rate of oxygen consumption. Booyah.
Yes, he sounds OP, but trust me, he won't be until the VERY END. At the ending battle! Against who?! Not telling.
(In chapter 11, Momo's parents are completely made up!)
To explain things a little better about what Deku's power will be like, the paragraph beneath might explain it a bit better.
He can lift 170 times his weight, but with One For All activated, he can use that multiplied by his body weight and then that total by 30 when using 100%.
When he's using 100%, he still breaks his arm but the exoskeleton that he has will prevent the bone from breaking and instead will just leave a really bad bruise. Unfortunately, when that exoskeleton is impacted by such a force, it breaks off suddenly and REALLY HURTS (example in Chapter 19). The first time you see exoskeleton, it is the adrenaline that caused the pain not to show itself at that moment if you were confused there. The amount you lift doesn't really affect how strong you are. It's more about the lack of arm punching (using your arm to swing at opponents instead of just a straight-up punch), footwork, how strong your muscles are, weight shifting and shifting your feet on the battlefield into a proper position. Since he trained his muscles around the same amount as, if not, more than Bakugo, his muscles will be strong in both his arms AND legs. Possibly even stronger than Bakugo's, and he has to be strong for his quirk to be effective. And the spider bite also made Deku's punches more effective, like they did to Spider-Man. (I copied this from a reply I made in the comments somewhere if it sounds weird)
I hope this cleared some things up, and this will be added onto as I find more things to let you know.
