All of a sudden, a bell rang out across the cafeteria, interrupting my sentence.
"Level 3 Security breach. Please evacuate calmly and safely."

Iida whipped his head around to a third year who was sitting next to us. "What's Level 3?!" He asked, shock glinting in his eyes.
"It means someone's got into the school! It hasn't happened in my three years here!" The third-year exclaimed back, rushing away towards the door.
I glanced at the two next to me before following after the third year, now alert and, quite possibly, terrified.

Footsteps behind me told me Iida and Ochako were in hot pursuit, so I carried on running towards the exit door.

We turned a corner and I skidded to a halt; at least half of the entire school was pushing past each other, urgently trying to get out through the double doors as though it would grant them safety.
I backed away from the crowd and was about to start looking for another exit before a new, giant wave of people appeared from nowhere behind us and blocked us in the middle of the crowd.

Along with the extra crowd came an unbearable amount of yelling and screaming from all over the corridor, filling my ears to the point where I couldn't focus on anything else other than it.
My Spider-Sense had been activated when the bell rang, and was now being consumed with black silhouettes outlined with blood-red.

My heart pounded against my chest, a sharp pain adding to my panic every time my heart thudded. I felt my breathing quicken and my head become dizzy as the yelling echoed in my ears, fizzing out into the background to be replaced by a loud ringing. My body started to shake violently though it felt as though I wasn't inside of my own body as I was pushed and shoved around the corridor; I was barely able to keep my balance.

'Just breathe', I told myself as another person rammed me into the wall. 'It'll be fine. I'll be fine.'

I looked around frantically for Ochako, Iida, maybe even Momo, just a familiar face please, but all I could see was those looming silhouettes screaming all around me.
My legs finally gave in and I collapsed onto the floor, hot tears falling down my face, though I could barely tell they were there, as my whole body was tingling with pins and needles.

The screaming in the background stopped and so did all of the moving of the silhouettes, so I wrapped my arms around my knees and buried my head into them, waiting for it all to stop.

Eventually, the black silhouettes moved out of the corridor and left me on the floor, though the ringing in my ears, the shaking of my entire body and the white-hot tears streaming down my face didn't. It was all too much. I needed someone, anyone. Please. Help me. Please.

As though my thoughts had been answered, a soft hand rested on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Uraraka there, a gentle smile on her face.
"Hey.." She whispered softly, "you're alright now okay..?"
I nodded shakily, tears still streaming down my face. I lowered my knees and breathed out slowly, still not letting Uraraka out of my sight in case I was left there again. Alone.

Ochako leant forwards and brought me into a loose hug, which I quickly returned as tight as possible.
She rubbed my back gently as I calmed down, whispering comforting words softly into my ear.

My tears ceased after a few minutes, but only because I fell asleep in her warm hold. She was probably the only one in the entire school who would be able to calm me down, minus Mr Aizawa.
