To stop her from going back down to free Vanya, Luther had to lock Lucy in her room, by blocking the door with a chest of drawers.
Lucy screamed and shouted for him to let her out, but nothing she did had any effect, so in the end she gave up.
She was furious at Luther for locking up her and Vanya, but she was just as angry at the rest of her brothers for allowing him to do it.
While she was allowed to be imprisoned in her own room, Vanya was trapped in a dark cell below the house, which Lucy didn't think was good for her mental health.
She was proved right when moments later a loud bang sounded from below the house. Which could only mean one thing, Vanya had escaped.

The house began to shake even worse than before, as Vanya unleashed her power.
Lucy ran to her door to escape the destruction she knew was about to happen, but her door remained stuck.
"Luther! Are you there? Somebody help me!" Begged Lucy, as she banged on the door.
She heard movement outside, but no one could hear her over the sound of the building crumbling apart.
Realising that she couldn't exit via her door, Lucy ran to window, but as she reached it, the glass smashed inwards, showering her with shards of sharp glass.

Despite the stinging on her face caused by the glass, Lucy kept moving forward.
She looked out of the window and realised that if she jumped from that height, she would be as good as dead.
With all her escape exits blocked, Lucy realised she would have no choice but to stay in her room.
She immediately dived under her bed, hoping it would protect her from the falling debris, that was flying all around her room.
Lucy could do nothing but watch as her bedroom, and all her belongings began to crumble and explode.
When she heard the creaking of the ceiling from above her, she placed her hands over her head, and prayed that she didn't get burried alive as the roof collapsed on top of her.

"Mum! MUM!" Shouted Diego.
"Diego, it's too late. She's gone" replied Klaus as the pair made their way across the ruins of their house.
"What about Pogo?" Asked Diego.
Luther made his way over to them, helping Allison to climb over the debris.
"Pogo's dead" revealed Luther.
"First mum, and now Pogo" mumbled Diego.
"Vanya killed him"
"She couldn't have"
"I saw it with my own eyes. She killed him for allowing dad to hide her powers from her".

"Jesus Christ. I leave you alone for 5 minutes and you destroy the house" commented Five, as he appeared next to them.
"Where the hell have you been?" Questioned Diego.
"I had urgent business to attend to... Where's Lucy?" Asked Five.
Luther's face fell, "Oh my God. I completely forgot about her. I barricaded her in her room, to stop her from freeing Vanya. She wouldn't have been able to get out".
"You did what!" Exclaimed Five.
"She- she didn't give me any other choice" stuttered Luther.
"You killed her" spat Diego.
"No. I- I" Luther faltered unsure of what to say.
"Lucy! LUCY!" Five called out.

"Everybody start searching" ordered Five.
"I don't think she could have survived" admitted Luther.
"You underestimate her quick thinking and survival instincts" snapped Five.
The siblings split up and began making their way through the rubble, towards the part that used to be their bedrooms.
"Here. This is where her room would be" announced Diego.
"Lucy!" Shouted Five.
Five looked around and saw that the largest object was Lucy's bed.
"Luther, lift up her bed. Now!" He ordered.
Luther obliged and lifted up the remains of Lucy's bed, without much difficulty, revealing her broken body underneath.

Diego bent down and lifted her out, so that Luther could put the bed back down.
There was a large cut on Lucy's forehead, and she was a white as a sheet.
"Is she-" started Luther.
"No. She's alive" interrupted Diego.
Five leant down and squeezed Lucy's hand, "Come on. Come on" he mumbled.
"She's not breathing. She must have been without air under there" gasped Diego.

Allison began to cry as Diego began performing CPR on Lucy, to get her to breathe again.
"Come on Lucy. Stop being so stubborn" panted Diego, in between breaths.
Eventually Lucy gasped for air and her eyes fluttered open as she woke up.
"Thank God" sighed Luther.
"How are you feeling?" Asked Five.
"I've been better" replied Lucy, reminding him of the conversation they'd had the day before.
"Me too" he mumbled back.

Lucy shivered, and Diego held her close to him for warmth, "We need to get her out of here" he announced.
"It might not be as easy as that. I saw a newspaper on the way here, and it's the same one that I saw in the future. Which means that nothing has changed. The world will still end today" revealed Five.
"No, that can't be right" replied Klaus.
"Yeah. The paper being the same might not mean anything" agreed Diego.
"You're not listening to me. This paper is the same. I didn't realise this before, but Vanya destroys the Academy before the rest of the world. We thought that Harold Jenkins causes the apocalypse, but we were wrong. Jenkins was the fuse, Vanya is the bomb. We've changed nothing" admitted Five.

The sound of police sirens getting closer, reminded the siblings that they needed to get going.
"We should split up and reconvene at the bowling alley, to talk about what to do next" suggested Luther.
"And we should all listen to you? You caused this" reminded Five angrily.
"I know. I know and I'm sorry. I will find a way to make this right" promised Luther.

"Look, splitting up is a good idea. You get Allison there in one piece, and I'll get Lucy there" announced Diego.
"No. I think you have done enough. I'll take her" replied Five.
"I'm not the one who locked her in her room so that she couldn't get out" reminded Diego.
"Maybe not, but you still let Luther do it"
"You can't carry anyone in that body, which is why you need to let me handle this. I promise I won't let anything happen to her".
"Five, I'll be O.K with Diego" mumbled Lucy.
"Fine. But if anything happens to her while we're apart, I will kill you" warned Five, before disappearing once more.
