TW: Possession, Major character death kind of but he's not alive but he is?, Unsymp!Logan (finally), dying, getting severely injured, lots of fighting with way to much magic, and as many Gravity Falls references that I could think of by rewatching the puppet episode.

Janus smiled as he watched Logan who was finishing up this new potion in the lab. They had been working on this potion for forever and today they would finally finish it! It would be a very blatant lie for Janus and Logan to say that they weren't excited to see the final product for this. Logan was adding a few of the final ingredients while Janus watched to make sure everything was going according to plan. 

Logan was carefully pouring in the final five ingredients, making sure to stir them or let them set for the required amount of time. Well, he was until randomly it randomly started bubbling more than it should have been. Janus double checked to make sure his gloves were on nicely and walked over to help. The deceitful side was only about halfway to Logan when the mixture exploded on to Logan. Immediately Janus went to do the normal safety measures in case Logan had gotten burned, but when he turned back around from grabbing the first aid kit Logan was fine. 

The logical side just wiped the mixture off of his face and seemed completely fine. "Logan, are you not okay? You didn't get any chemical burns or anything from the explosion, correct?" Janus asked, making sure his lab partner would be okay. As much as he didn't love having a lab partner sometimes, doing it alone would be dreadfully boring. 

"I'm fine." Logan said. He put the mixture back on the table and went over to the sink. "Though, I have come to a realization." Janus let out a noise that could be interpreted as the question 'what is it?'. Logan must have realized this, for he continued with what he was saying. "Well, all the sides have their own individual powers, correct?" He turned around and looked at Janus. "For example, you can force someone to tell a lie, or force someone to tell the truth. Well, mine is highly unknown, because I see no need to use it most of the time, but now I think I have an idea." 

Janus's brow furrowed in confusion. Even he didn't know what Logan's ability/power was, that's how well of a secret the other kept it. He also knew that Logan didn't want to tell people, so he had never forced him so say it. "Well, what is your idea? Just don't get to the point already." He said, starting to get a little annoyed at Logan's riddles and antics or whatever. 

"Well, let me show you."  Logan walked up to Janus and held his hand out. "All you have to do is make a deal with me. This will help you. I promise." Janus hesitated for a second. Something seemed slightly off about Logan, but he couldn't quite place it. Maybe it was just the after affects of the potion's aura. Janus shook Logan's hand.

Logan broke into an evil cackle as Janus shook his hand. "You made the right choice, Janus." With that Logan's eyes flashed a bright indigo which in turn caused Janus's to do the same. Janus felt himself being shoved out of his own body as Logan's body seemed to blend with Janus's body. He floated above his body like a ghost, while watching and waiting to see what would happen next. Janus... No, Logan's eyes flickered open and closed a few times. 

Logan's body was no where to be seen. It seemed that he had taken control of Janus which caused his own body to just disappear. You could tell that Logan was in control if you looked closely enough. Everyone in the mindscape had brown eyes, but Janus's body's eyes were brown with flecks of indigo in them.
