Rebekah and I have been friends for 3 years. I just have a connection with her. I love her snarky comments, her attitude, and her accent. I love how she can be protective and loving. We get each other. I've always known that I had a small crush on her. But now it might not be so 'small'.
Any way I'm heading over to her compound since they are back in New Orleans. I walk and get to the door. Just as I was about to knock I get slammed into the wall and in a chokehold with one hand. I start gasping for air. I look at the person who is choking me and it's Rebekah's brother, Klaus.
"What are you doing here?" He asks. Just as I was about to try and answer ,even though he had his hand wrapped around my throat, Rebekah pulled him off.
"What the bloody hell do you think you are doing Nik??" She yells. As I'm still gasping for air, trying to get some into my lungs after being choked for that long.
"Well she was trying to walk right in like she owns the place dear sister." He says.
"Ugh Nik I called her over, just leave us alone we are going out." She says while lacing our fingers together.
"Be back by nightfall!" He yells at us while we are walking.
"I'm sorry for my idiot brother, love." She says still walking.
"It's ok Beks." I say nodding my head in understanding. "I just have no idea how he got to me that fast." I say matter-of-factly.
"Right..-" she pulls me into an ally way. "-ok so basically to put it simply...wearevampires." She says in a rushed tone.
"I'm sorry what?" I say not hearing what she said.She groans and puts a hand in her hair pulling it back through it.
"We...are...vampires." She says while looking for my expression. "Well we are the original vampires." I'm shocked. I can't seem to see if she's joking. But I look at her and she's completely serious.
"I had no idea they even existed! Wait you kept it from me for 3 years?" I ask.She nods disappointed in herself." Well I'm not going to over react but you should have told me sooner but I still love you like a sister." I say while smiling. I don't love her like a sister I love her more than that...
"Wait really? Ok then let's go get drunk!" She says.I giggle and we step into this bar. There's people dancing and drinking. I've always hated when bars had a lot of people because I find drinking relaxing. But whatever I don't own the store. Rebekah and I walk up to the bar and sit down.
"I'll have 5 shots of vodka." She says. I look at her like she just exploded someone with her brain. "What? Don't look at me like that love, we don't get drunk easily." She says while receiving her drinks.
"I'll have a margarita." I say to the bar attendant, he looks at me and smirks. "I don't like the way he looked at me..." I say to Rebekah.
"If he tries anything I'll make sure to rip his head off his bloody body." She says. I laugh and he comes back with my order. "One margarita for the lovely lady.."he says and looks at me with this weird look in his eye. I take it from him and he walks off. I shiver and just shake it off. I take a sip of the margarita and taste something different. Maybe they make it differently from my hometown? I shake it off and me and Rebekah talk about silly things.
After an hour or two we leave the bar and I walk Rebekah back to her house. We stand in front.
"I don't think it's a good idea for you to go in there after earlier." She stated.
"Yeah me either-" she cuts me off by kissing me. I was shocked for a second before kissing back. It lasted a minute before the need of air became extremely needed. "W-wow." I say. She smirks.
"I've been wanting to do the for a while love." She says. I smile and say me too. We say our goodbyes and I start walking to my apartment. As I was about to cross by a sketchy ally way, I felt someone following me. I looked behind me, nothing. As soon as I looked forward, Klaus was standing there.
"Hello." He said. That's the last thing I heard before I blacked out.

Third person POV: As y/n was being kidnapped by Klaus, Rebekah was peacefully at home thinking about that amazing kiss she had just shared with her best friend. Elijah walks up to her and says something that breaks her heart.
"Klaus has took Y/N."
"What the hell?"
" I just found out after he called me to inform you, Rebekah..."
"That bloody backstabbing, paranoid ass!" Rebekah felt herself boiling inside of thinking what Niklaus will do to you. "If he lays a single finger on her I will rip out his spine and wear it as a belt!" Rebekah yells. Elijah nods and calls Freya asking for a locator spell. After a couple of minutes Freya tells them the address and to be careful.
Your POV: I wake up tied to a chair and in plenty of pain. I look around the room with my eyes squinted seeing as I'm not use to the light.
"Ah, my plaything has awoken." From the voice I can only recognize as Klaus says.
"Where am I? What do you want??" I ask slightly intimidated.
"Well my dear sister forgot who was in charge around here when she raised her voice at me. And the dagger was getting boring, so I decided that this was the next best thing." He smirks."Oh and that weird taste in your margarita was vampire blood. So if you die, you become a vampire."
"Let's get started shall we?" He says and grins. He pulls out a knife and other things that look like they would hurt. He picks the knife and walks closer to me. "This will only hurt a bit love." He says. He stabs me straight on the stomach. I scream out in pain. "You big baby." He scoffs.
"NIK!!" I hear a familiar female voice scream. Rebekah walks in to see me tied up with the knife in my stomach. "Y/N!" She starts to run at me but gets thrown back by Klaus.
"You will not help her, instead I'm glad you came, you will watch her suffer." He laughs.
"Not at all brother." I hear from what I can recall their brother Elijah." Now easy or hard way?" He says while folding up his tuxedo.
"I'd rather the hard way." Klaus says. I can practically hear his smirk. They start fighting. Rebekah rushes over to me and unties me. She picks me up bridal style. I whimper because of the knife stuck in my stomach. She vampire runs into her room and lays me down on her bed.
"I'm so sorry love. What happened." She asks worry soaked in her voice.
"Klaus stabbed me and said..t-that it was because you forgot who was in charge. He told me there is vampire blood in my system." I say. We hear ruckus downstairs and in a blink of an eye Klaus is standing next to me snapping my neck. "NOOO!!" Rebekah sobs out.
