Roger Mistake

"Jeanette, come and greet her highness." Roger says while turning his head to the back, looking at the girl who's running over here. The girl stopped, took a while to breath. Her brunette hair that was mid-long, beautiful bangs and a god-tier cute face. "Huff...hufff..." A sweetly voice, a voice that everyone claims to be an angel voice along with her angelic look. There's no doubt, this is Jeanette Magrita, the first princess and the brat who ruined Athanasia life!

"Jeanette, stand up proper like a lady and greet her highness." Roger whisper to Jeanette, who's having a hard time breathing. He glared at her openly with his sharp eyes and strict face, scaring the young browned hair girl off. She straighten her back and greet Athanasia with the greeting etiquette, "I humbly greet her highness, Princess Athanasia. I am Jeanette Magrita, it's a honor to meet you."

Yeah, she was definitely nervous to see Athanasia. Her eyes couldn't stop looking up to see the beautiful princess infront of her, her 'half-sister'. "This is a niece that I have taken under the Alpheus household. She definitely can be a good friend of yours, dear princess." Looking at Jeanette, as if she was judging the young girl, Athanasia couldn't help but let out her serious face that made Jeanette flinched and surprised Roger how she was very friendly a moment ago.

"...I see. So you wanted to introduce me to Lady Magrita... Lord Alpheus." Showing her evil smirk, she took a glance at Roger, making him hesitated for a second,

"A-ah yes. She have quite the knowledge about history, I'm sure she will keep you entertain.-"

"But I'm not interested in history. Those are boring, is there anything else she could do?" Athanasia blocked Roger mouth and showing her boreness about Jeanette, the young Princess couldn't help but started to flex her knowledge. "I believe if she's worthy to be my friend, then she atleast should know the ancestors of the Royal family full names, the high, middle and low rankings nobles houses and its current head. Also, the books of Atlanta that were written by Joseph Kima de Atlanta, one of the most powerful king of Atlanta. Well?"

Shocked with the wide knowledge of Athanasia, who Roger has always underesmitated. He couldn't say nothing but glance at Jeanette, who's now look both surprised and proud, as if it was her own achievements. "...I'm afraid that our Jeanette couldn't reach the level of your highness.-"

"I-I will do my best to follow you!" With Jeanette sudden promise, Athanasia couldn't help but laugh, "...I'm sorry for my rudeness, but Lady Magrita." Covering her mouth with her pale right hand, Athanasia tends to ask Jeanette a question. "Y-yes, your highness?" Excited about what Athanasia may told her, to be her friend?

"Saying that you'll do your best to follow me, do you take me for a fool who can easily be catch on?"

"What...?"

"I knowledge I earned over the years are the reason why people can't easily catch on me, even geniuses of the century. This is why I'm a Princess, and a future Crown Princess. But yes, I do hope to see you catching with me, since you're from the Alpheus household afterall, aren't you? You won't fail to do anything as easy as studying to ruin the Alpheus reputation?"

"I..."

"Princess, you're going a little too fa-" Roger tried to use his hand to block Athanasia from insulting Jeanette any more. But was pushed away because of Athanasia mana, what she has mastered from the past years.

"Duke Roger Alpheus. It is not polite to block the ladies from talking, moreover, I am the princess. And you dare to command me to stop. Are all the Alpheus this bold?" With her bloodlust eyes and overflowing mana, Athanasia asked Roger in a terrific way, making him sew his mouth. Forcing him to apologize, "....It was my mistake, princess. I beg your pardon." Lowering his head like a white dog, like how he should be. Enjoying the scenery, Athanasia left the scene with only a single sentence that make both Jeanette & Roger sweats runs cold.

Have this super duper short update before the long chapter!! Also, happy birthday to me!! Yah, I'm officialy turning 12 today (●'◡'●) (Yea you read it right, 12). And I wanted to give you guys a little gift for my birthday <3 And a gift for happy 2k view!!

And yes, I'll still upload a new chapter tommorow, it just that I'm really excited for this part of the story. Jeanette made her first appearance in the story! But she still doesn't have that many lines lmao... Ah, I just want to make Athanasia mean¯\_(ツ)_/¯
